Centrally located in desirable South Tampa, Manhattan Place is minutes away from Westshore Mall with its many shops and restaurants, downtown Tampa and Saint Petersburg. A city bus line stops right out the door, making transportation a breeze. Small pets are welcome.
Both the studio and one bedroom apartments are bright and airy. Several apartments are designed to meet the needs of persons who are mobility impaired and require those features, regardless of age. Residents have access to free Wi-Fi, 24-hour laundry center, a multipurpose room with a prep kitchen and a TV lounge. An active Residents Association provides a wide variety of planned activities including musical entertainment, holiday celebrations, bingo, card games, pot-luck luncheons and more. Outdoors, a large, furnished screen room is available for events and visiting with family and friends. Small pets are welcome.
