I used to live in the Lake Seminole Square. They had independent living and assisted living in the same building. It was very good. It was top of the line, and it had just about anything you wanted. The staff was very good. My room was top of the line. It was a lot bigger than what I have now. It was a one-bedroom with an enclosed balcony. They were the absolute tops. They had five dining rooms. You had your choice. You could have filet mignon six days a week and salmon on Sundays. There was a big salad bar. They had all kinds of other choices, so it couldn't get much better. The living atmosphere was beautiful. It had white marble floors downstairs. They had their own transportation department. They had buses. They had Lincoln cars to take you places. It was just really nice. They had so many activities. They played poker and bingo. They had a big gymnasium that you could go into any time to exercise. There was always something going on. It couldn't get much better. Everything was top notch.

I toured Lake Seminole Square. It's independent living and it was a palace. It is a buy-in community so their apartments are exceptional but their prices are a little steep. You buy in and you have a monthly rent. It was gorgeous and I would love to live there. Their apartments were beautiful and had all the different sizes that you could get. They have a pool, a dining room, little cafes, and all kinds of exercise rooms and game rooms. They had a movie theater in there too, which I thought was pretty cool. You wouldn't even have to leave the place if you didn't want to. The staff was very friendly and a lot of them have worked there for many years. They were going on 20 years at that place so it must be a good place to work.

Lake Seminole Square is a beautiful place. It has many amenities. The facility was well-kept and excellent, but it was very expensive. It was more like an apartment complex. I had lunch there, and it was great. They have a very good selection of everything. They have a formal dining room that would come with the package if you like. You could get two meals a day or one meal a day. They have an indoor pool, a workout area, a gym, and therapy available. They have a coach that will work with you. They have a lot of entertainment at night, different clubs, and games that you can do. You don't have to leave the facility if you don't want to. They also have transportation provided for shopping and doctor's appointments.

I have lived here for almost a 2 years. I am very disappointed the food is awful an they are increasing an changing everything around regarding meals an don't seem to care what we want . I am paying a lot more money for my condo now. Nothing has improved. I am spending more money on food than I anticipated. The transportation an front desk are efficient the house keeping is sparce the maintenance takes forever to fix things the health care that u pay for is good. Security needs to step up since several residents were robbed recently.management does not answer your questions. The pool is dirty an surrounding areas full of mold. The carpeting is dirty an smelly. I would not recommend this place till they get there act together. The residents are great. They promise u the world when u first come in marketing is really good at their job.

Lake Seminole Square is very nice. It was similar to the other place we went to. They told me if you're at Lake Seminole Square, and you need rehabilitation, they take you there. They're sister facilities. We went to the bistro upstairs and had a light lunch at their bistro. They're wonderful. The grounds were beautifully kept, neat buildings and all looked great. So it's just very nice. The staff who took me around was very warm, and friendly, and took her time to show us the units that were available to see. We went back a second time. On the tour, we didn't have time to see everything, so we came back, and she showed us the gym and talked about some of the fitness classes they offered.

I will be moving into Lake Seminole Square. They were very helpful. They recognized my needs and were willing to work with me to meet those needs. The facility is very nice and welcoming. The fact that they would provide packing and moving help is very significant. I have reserved a one-bedroom condo. The size is excellent. It's a lot bigger than most that I saw. The layout is OK. There are plenty of activities and events that they hold. They provide transportation for shopping and doctor visits.

I toured Lake Seminole Square. It was a nice facility. Everybody besides one person was nice and friendly. The amenities were nice as well, but we did not eat any food. It seemed nice. I just felt one of the staff could have been friendlier. They just could have been a little nicer. The rooms were very nice.

Lake Seminole Square is a beautiful place. It's a five-star. It was immaculate, and they're very helpful. I haven't tried the food, but they are going to accommodate my diet. They have a lot to offer. They have a gym, and they have a pool. Outside, they have a pontoon boat. They have lots of activities. They have a café, and it's not expensive to eat there. For me, the location is convenient. It's near my friends, near my stores, near my doctor's, plus it's on the lake.

Completely shocked how nice this place was. We met great residents and enjoyed one of the best meals ever. We feel so welcome there and absolutely love how their lifestyle is so amazing. Beautiful condos. We wanted 2 bedrooms but saw how spacious a 1 bedroom was. Gorgeous place altogether

Lake Seminole Square has everything, ALF, independent, and memory care. It was very elegant and lovely, but very expensive. The apartments were like condominiums and they even had dishwashers. It was everything you could possibly want. The people I met were lovely. Catherine, the head of marketing, was terrific. I met the director who has been there for 17 years, and he was lovely. I can't say anything negative about it. If somebody has the money, that's a wonderful place to go. I would love to live there. They have a full plate of activities; anything you can possibly imagine. As far as caring, you all would do well to send people there. They have libraries, a workout room, and a pool. Everybody I met was cordial, informative, and gracious. The food was incredible. You can have filet mignon for every meal if you want. It's beautifully done, beautifully served, and delicious. It was beautifully decorated, I didn't see anything out of place, and I didn't smell anything. It was just well done.

Lake Seminole Square looked good to me. It had different buildings, and one building was independent. I met some nice people there. The host was very nice. She showed me two- and one-bedroom apartments, but I liked the two-bedroom better. I had lunch there, and the dessert was excellent. It's near shopping centers. It was a nice facility.

The facilities are beautiful, with views everywhere of Lake Seminole. It is a buy-in community with additional monthly fees that (for two people) could be anywhere from $3500 and up, depending on the size of the unit. We thought we would require a two-bedroom unit, but the one bedroom units are large and have decks that can be used for an office or extra living area. The pool here is especially lovely--heated, indoors. They have all the usual amenities, activities, transportation, etc. and the dining arrangements are especially nice and flexible. They have a wood shop, nice exercise area, library, etc, This is, however, one of the more expensive, luxurious continuing care communities in Pinellas. Lovely, if you can comfortably afford it.

My first choice, I think, would be Lake Seminole Square. I liked it very much. If you go in as independent living, there is assisted living and nursing on the same campus, so once you move there, you are well-guaranteed to be able to stay there. You may be moved from a room to something else; they would arrange that for you. I call it a three-in-one living arrangement. I have not yet gotten involved in the nitty-gritty of everything because before I move there, I want to know exactly how it works financially. Based on what I know now, I like Lake Seminole the best.

Lake Seminole Square is a beautiful place. If I had to go to an assisted living home, this would be the one if I can just afford it. The staff was very friendly. I like how the marketing person presented the place, and I could just see by the reaction of the residents that they were completely happy there. The rooms were nice and large. Each room had a beautiful view of the place with a lot of landscaping and grounds.

We’ve visited Lake Seminole Square, which we like very, very much. It was hard for us to choose between the one we decided on and them. Incredibly beautiful environment. It’s on a 5-mile long freshwater lake. It’s a glorious environment. The rooms were all very nice, large, airy, and bright. I’m coming out of a New York City/Connecticut environment where things tend to be crunched. Particularly the common areas; it’s like entering a French chateau. It’s just magnificent. You walk through it and you feel good. People came up to us and everyone was smiling. They were really happy.

Dad is at Lake Seminole Square and he likes this place. It’s a good facility and the people are nice. The rooms are very clean and they take really good care of my father. He really doesn’t move around much, but I know they have activities.

I had a very nice visit at Lake Seminole Square and I enjoyed it very much. The facility was excellent. I saw the rooms and their dining area and they were very nice. Everyone was very friendly. They had so many activities. They had bus trips and they also had a boat that could take you on a boat ride. They had classes you could take. You could be busy twenty-four hours a day if you wanted to.

We spent some time at Lake Seminole Square. It would be nice if we could be there, but I don't think it would fit our purpose. We've got some other friends who are permanent residents there. They're a couple and they are doing quite well. It's a large organization. There are lots of people there. I appreciate it certainly; their facilities are probably good. I may prefer a smaller organization though.
