We have had my Father-in-law at Crown Pointe a few times for when he got out of the hospital . Its a beautiful facility and very cozy. The staff is AMAZING!! - from Hazel in housekeeping Gordon in the kitchen, Gary in maintenance, Sally in the business office, Diane in activities and all the Nursing staff especially Sandy the administrator!! they all took such good care of him!!! And he has talked about going back there if we decide to take a trip with our children and grandkids. Stop by you wont be disappointed!! you are a part of their family there not another number like at other facilities

Family Extended Care of Spring Hill was a smaller community. The staff has been with them for many years. It seemed very inviting and homey. We had lunch there and the food was very good. It only has one great room when you walk in, and then the hallways with the rooms. It doesn't have a pool or any of those things, but they have activities. It's more close knit, and that's the beauty of this place.

When I went inside the Family Extended Care of Spring Hill, it was nice. We just didn't care for the outside. There was mold growing on the walls and stuff on the outside of the building. Another reason we didn't decide on that place was because of the location. The memory care rooms were good though.

The biggest and most important thing to me about Family Extended Care of Spring Hill was the cleanliness of the entire facility. The second biggest thing was how long their staff has been working there, and in this place, everybody's been there for years and years. I visited the memory care area, and they were all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. As part of their COVID protocol, they bring the residents outside for visitations, because they really want to keep people out of the facility.

Crown Pointe was a smaller place. In the memory care, they had just 20 patients, which was good. It was a nice, clean place, but unfortunately, that was expensive. The staff was very nice. The people looked like they were well cared for and seemed happy. It was very clean. I would recommend it to others. It was a small place, it was cozy, and it was in a nice area.

I visited several places for a better life for my mom today in the area. This place is at the of my list for her. Clean smells fresh. People there seemed happy. Price very good for size of rooms and care they give. Staff very helpful to understand your needs for long term care.

Crown Pointe was very nice. It was just a little bit more expensive than the one I chose for my mother, but I still liked it. The rooms that I saw were very clean and fairly spacious, but you have to bring your own furniture.

My wife was in Crowne Point before she passed away last year. She had a single room. The staff was excellent and they took good care of her.

Crown Pointe was just five minutes from my house, so I visited the place frequently. Everything was great in the facility. The staff took good care of the residents. The food was awesome. Even the residents were friendly. It had a happy atmosphere.

This is a fairly large ALF with about 50 residents at any given time. The shower rooms are efficient and there are bathrooms in the rooms. The rooms are usually double occupancy. The activities department does provide activities for the residents, I did not see them posted, however. The dinning area is fairly large and reasonable. It appears as if the residents are grouped in areas according to the amount of dependency of the assistance. The decor is bright and soft on the eyes and the furniture is reasonable. There is plenty of parking. There is a common gathering out door area that is relaxing.
