Mom just moved into Vitality Living Spring Hill yesterday. I have not found anything we don't like. The staff is fabulous, the grounds are beautiful, and the room is beautiful. I'm very happy. She has no problems with the food and she always complains about the food in different places. It's very clean, and maintenance is right on anything if there's any issue. It's a very, very nice place. They have game nights, game afternoons, and bingo, and they take them to the movies. There are quite a few things they do. The rooms and the layout are perfect.

I was impressed by Vitality Living Spring Hill. They seemed to have everything well-organized. They had a good facility. The staff did their jobs well. It was nice. It was a larger facility than the other place. They toured me through all of it, so it was quite a tour. The apartment looked nice. I was impressed by it and the staff that I met. It looked like the small apartment was well-organized and very well put together. The staff was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer any questions I...

We toured Vitality Living Spring Hill. The gentleman we talked to was very thorough, but I wasn't as impressed with their rooms and didn't care for them. They were less pretty, but they offered what we needed. All the people we met were wonderful. It had a refrigerator and a stove.

I visited Vitality Living Spring Hill. Their number of activities was great, and their dining room was beautiful. The staff was very, very informative. The building was very nice. The room was OK. We're just looking for a studio for my sister, but it was over our pay scale. We can't afford that. It had a very warm and friendly atmosphere.

Vitality Living Spring Hill is wonderful. It's a happy positive place for seniors to be. That's more or less what they need, and what they need are patience and kindness. The person who took me around there was very professional. They provide three meals a day. The food looked good. The apartments looked lovely.

My mom moved to Vitality Living Spring Hill, and she likes all, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She was not eating at the other place. She was just eating soup, and here she's been eating everything. She's able to come out of her room, and sit with people and eat, so it's going well. They have a nice area for dining and an area for them to sit and watch TV. We moved her room and got the hospital bed, TV, and a recliner. We set it all up. It's almost like the dorm room. She was happy about that, ...

Vitality Living Spring Hill wasn't as nice as the other place, but it's nice and clean. They have quite a few amenities and things for the residents. They have a garden area where the people can go, and they have transportation where they take them places. However, it's not as upkeep as the other place. I was walking from the parking lot and there was a railing, and it was rotting. I grabbed the railing, and it fell off. But when I went in and told them about it, they were right on it. They went...

Vitality Living Spring Hill had very polite people working there. They're very helpful. They helped with any questions that you would have to ask or anything. It was clean. It's put together very well in the way they set up everything. The care of the outside was very clean and well-kept. The landscaping and all was nice.

The one that I loved was Vitality Living Spring Hill. The grounds were beautiful. It was like the Taj Mahal. They had a gigantic swimming pool. They had a hot tub, which I liked for myself. My husband doesn't swim or anything, so he wouldn't have been able to use those facilities. The people were five plus as far as friendliness. Every time we went down when we came into contact with anybody, they acknowledged people by their first name. They had a gigantic dining room. When you walked in, it ...

We went to Vitality Living Spring Hill. I didn't like that they were doing conversions on these apartments. They're old, they're not keeping up to date, and I don't think they're ADA compliant on their bathtub for instance. We were not too keen on that. It is also a bit rundown with peeling wallpaper. But they seemed to have happy tenants, so we still have them on board as a possibility. We have friends there, too, and they like it. The staff who gave the tour was very kind and generous. They're...

I toured Vitality Living Spring Hill. The place was clean and nice. The people that rent seemed to have a pretty good handle on what was going on. From the tour I've seen, I think they're more prepared to deal with my wife than anybody else. The lady that I spoke to, who was in charge of dementia seemed very knowledgeable and then would tell you what she was talking about.

My husband moved to Vitality Living Spring Hill. Every one of the people is smiling, and the people who work there are very helpful. The food is good. When you go into the building, you don't smell any urine. That is important to me because it tells me a lot about a place. The apartment is very nice. It's large. It's got its bathroom. There's a balcony and a refrigerator. What I also like is that there's a sprinkler head up there in case of fire. They do activities and it changes. They'll take h...

I toured Vitality Living Spring Hill. The room, which I thought might be suitable for my wife, was a little too small. They do not provide anything. I have to bring everything, including the bed and furniture. All they had was the room, and she had to share the bathroom with another person. The room that they showed me might be suitable for my wife does not have a private bathroom. The place was very nice. There's nothing wrong with the place. Vitality Living Spring Hill had everything we needed, but it was older and needed a lot of care. It wasn't as new looking as we wanted. We just felt that it needed a little bit of loving care. It's an older place and it just wasn't us. The grounds are nice, but not as nice as they could be. We're very into landscaping and things like that, and they did have landscaping, but it just wasn't what we are used to. I guess that's the best I can describe it. We're used to a more elegant look. Vitality Living Spring Hill feels more like apartment living. It's a very nice and elegant feeling. It's very clean. Everything was immaculate there. The person who helped us was trying to sell their units, but he also gave us a lot of helpful advice and recommendations. He checked in with us several times. Although we felt like the rooms were older, because it is an older place, they were planning on updating the rooms. It felt like more of an upscale apartment complex. Not like an assisted li...

My friend moved into Vitality Living Spring Hill. It is a very nice place. The staff is wonderful, and everybody there is great. They've been very, very helpful. The maintenance crew was very good at helping me set up her TV. There's one particular young lady who seems to have taken a good interest in my friend that I appreciate. I went to Vitality Living Spring Hill. They're fine. They're very nice, a nice place. Very, very pleasant staff. The rooms were not bad. They're like little efficiencies, and one room with a bathroom. They have a balcony and a little porch outside. The food is good there. They have a pool and a jacuzzi. They have a little monitor screen, and it shows the daily exercise classes and things like that. So they have activities.

My grandmother has been at Vitality Living Spring Hill for 4 years now. When I first put my grandmother there, it was owned by a different company. But then it got sold after COVID. And the experience that I've had and the reason I'm pulling her out is that we don't feel like she's getting the care that she should be. When I pick her up, her fingernails are so long that they're curling over. Nobody makes any mention of it or even tries to trim them. The same with her toenails. In her room, she h...

My friend is at Vitality Living Spring Hill. She likes that she is on the first floor, and she has a screened lanai that has a door that leads her up to the courtyard. She has a little dog with her, so she's able to go through her apartment outside and walk her dog. The other thing that she likes is that she has a bracelet with a little fob on it. Vitality Living Spring Hill is our second choice. The staff was very competent and very nice. They seemed professional but not as professional as the staff in the other Vitality Living that we toured. We went and we liked it. The person that toured us was very nice, something that my client was comfortable with, she did the tour, she liked the area, and it seemed to be neater and spacious than the other 2 places we went to. Also, it was in Spring Hill where she had a lot of friends. They provided us with cheesecake as a welcome and that was nice. We choose here for my mother because of the quality of the staff, cleanliness, and general view of the residents. The facility is very nice. She has the largest room that they have. The food is excellent, and they have a selection. It is on a 20-acre compound so the neighborhood is irrelevant. It is in a wooded compound. She has a choice of 16 different activities a day. They have exercise classes, arts & crafts, entertainment, and education.

I liked it, but when we got to the rooms, the bathrooms were not handicapped accessible because my dad is in a wheelchair. The staff was excellent. You name it, and they have it; they have pool, card games, and when we were there for the tour, in one common area, they were getting back massages. It was just beautiful. Some people there had dogs, and we saw dogs and the like. If their bathroom were handicapped accessible, that is where my father would have gone. I absolutely loved it there.

I moved my sister here and she has only been there for a week. It seemed fine when we went there and the people were friendly. The rooms were adequate. I have seen their pool -- it was quite large -- and it seemed lovely.

My brother is in assisted living. They actually take care of all his needs. He can't talk and he can't walk because of the stroke, and they really take good care of him. His room is on the third floor. It is small, but it's very comfortable. He has a bathroom, a nice big closet, and a little deck where he can go out. He also has an air conditioner to keep the room nice and cool. He has two regular chairs and bed in one room. He is a social person, but I think because he can't talk it holds him b...

It is good but not that spacious. They’re well-appointed, not so much in the woods, but closer to traffic. You don’t hear the noise. It’s very quiet. The staff was very informative. I saw one apartment, but they have various choices. They have a meeting room for everybody, and they have exercises

I liked it and it was a very clean and happy place. I didn’t have any of their food, but it looked good. The staff was very approachable. They had a pool and transportation to doctors' visits. It is convenient to doctor’s offices, and the hospital is just down the road.

You can really tell that the facility had been doing business for a long time. They have an excellent dining room. They have a really nice pool in the middle. They have really good staff. There were very engaged. This facility might be too busy for Mom, but it's actually the facility that I thought one of the best that we saw.

They gave us a goodie basket to bring home. I think they're excellent. I checked the rooms, but I did not like the way it was setup. It was a one narrow room with bedroom to the side and I did not like that.

My attorney recommended here for my aunt. This place has a nice atmosphere and I could not have probably found a more suitable environment for her. It also has everything that my aunt needs. I actually just got her there about a month ago. The location is convenient because it is close to the family and it is also very affordable. My aunt has a nice private delux suite with a small kitchen. She is in their independent living side but she receives assistance with her medication. The staff is real...
