My Mom moved in over a year ago, and the Residence has become her home, not just a facility. Staff are friendly and caring. She's safer and fed well, although she tires of the food. Recently the relaxing of many Covid restrictions has enabled residents to have guests visit more comfortably than the past year. She enjoys entertainment and social gatherings. The convenience of having some services like a salon, PT, podiatrist, dermatologist and more available there; s very helpful. The shuttle service is extremely helpful since she can't drive and family lives so far away. Her apartment is spacious and handicapped friendly, with walk in showers unlike another local assisted living that has odd tub/shower that would require a big step up. The residents safety is a priority and I am grateful for their caring, attentive staff.

We toured The Residence at Timber Pines. I found it very friendly and very informational. The staff was marvelous. She was nice, very obliging, and gave us all the information we asked for. She was very good. They gave us lunch. It was very nice. The food was very good. It seemed like everyday wholesome food.

I had an in-person tour of The Residence at Timber Pines. It's compact where the memory unit is. They have their own room and bathroom. They were watching a movie when I went by the activity room. There were lots of places outside to walk. They had a pool. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The facility was very neat and clean.

I've been to The Residence at Timber Pines once before, about two years ago, and so I was familiar with the location and I was very impressed with the facility. They have three levels of support for memory care. Everything was modern and the lady that was doing the presentation of the facilities was very nice. She answered everything and was very professional. They do their charging a little bit differently and I kind of liked it, but at the same time, it's probably going to be more expensive than the facility that mom was at. It was very clean and very modern. Yet not so modern that older people wouldn't feel comfortable (they had older model furniture, but it was very new). The rooms were very nice. I looked at a private room and a shared room and I liked the shared room better. Each one has their own bedroom and their own bathroom, but you have a shared common facility, like a living room and a sunroom. So, the rooms were very big. Even the private room was a good size. I was very impressed with them. I've seen the activities on all three floors of memory care and they were different for each. They had a full list of activities and it changes about every hour. They had singing, arts and crafts, some calisthenics in the chairs, and volleyball using a balloon or some softer ball. Those are all listed and published out front. They started at about 9:30 in the morning and until 5 or 6:00 at night and they seemed to change every hour. They left time for lunch. So, they have a very well-structured set of activities for each of the levels of people.

The Residence at Timber Pines was the most impressive, but the cost was a lot higher than the rest of them. So they provide more, but the cost is more. Their accommodations looked fine as far as the dining rooms and all their other social rooms were a lot more luxurious than the other places. They've got a warm dining room full of crystal chandeliers. They've got two beautiful dining rooms, and they provide more during the day like if we like having a snack, a cup of coffee, or drinks, they're always available. Other places would only provide three meals, and that's it, but here, you can have anything you want. They've got independent living, assisted living, and nursing care also. Two staff people gave me the tour. The first one was more helpful than the second person. They invited me to go to lunch there any time I feel like it. They don't have a washer and dryer in the apartment but on every floor, and it's free for everyone who lives there. All you have to do is provide your own soap or detergent.

I went to look at The Residence at Timber Pines. The apartment has to be on the second or third floor. Everything else seemed to be great there. The staff members all seemed to be caring and called everybody out by their first name. I thought that was pretty good for a large facility. They had a gym, a salon, a game room, and a few other things. The facility was fairly clean. There are some restaurants and hospitals nearby, like a 15-minute drive.

I toured The Residence at Timber Pines for my mom, and it was great. I really enjoyed that place. The aisles inside the place are very wide and two carts could get by. Little scooters could get by each other without any problems, too. The residents were very pleasant and very active. There were people coming and going the whole time I was there. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and were absolutely wonderful. They're a little larger than the other ones I've seen and each one has a balcony or windows that are very large. It's nice and bright inside the rooms. I like that it would be very easy to enter the shower for someone who was with a wheelchair or a walker. The rooms were gorgeous. I did not see anything wrong with anything there, not a thing. It was all real good. The dining room was really beautiful. It was a true restaurant style where they have a menu. They can order and pick things off the menu. I had one resident tell me that the food was absolutely delicious there.

The Residence at Timber Pines was well located right off the main highway with nice trees and stuff around it. The outside of it looked great, and I like that. It had those screened-in porches, and that's exactly what we're looking for. I didn't like the fact that they did not have doors that you could get out to the screened-in porch. When you have a pet, and you want to walk that pet that means you have to go all the way through the hallway with that pet to get out of the building. That's the negative that we didn't like about that. We feel like if you have a screened-in porch on the ground floor, you should have a door to get out of that. The staff was very nice. I liked her, and she showed us most of the places. She showed us two apartments. One of the apartments we did like. The thing we didn't care about is that we don't want to be on another floor, but the ground floor. The staff was really nice and took us all around. I felt that the main place that we were shown was kind of small and the apartment was kind of a little bit smaller than what the other ones were. They were really nice.

My mom moved to The Residence at Timber Pines. She's been there for three weeks now. Everything's good with the food. She stayed there before. It's a very nice facility, and it's well-renowned down there. The staff is good and very friendly. It's very clean and well-organized.

I chose The Residence at Timber Pines, and I'm moving there on Saturday. It's beautiful, and the grounds are very nice. The apartments are a little smaller than I'm accustomed to, but I didn't care that they were smaller because how much room does one person need? I'm on the first floor, and I have the pool in front of me. They serve three meals a day, and in the morning they have coffee and pastries in the coffee room. Later on, they have coffee all day. They have a bistro, you could go eat breakfast there, and that's one of what they consider a dining room. There are two other dining rooms, one formal where you would get on dressed up, and the other one is not so formal. They have a full course meal for lunch and dinner. I'm excited to move. I have a kitchen, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It's a 1-bedroom, and I have a full bathroom. I got a quick look at my apartment the day I signed up, but I did not get a big tour because of the pandemic. I've dealt with a lady there and she was very good to me and very attentive, but I called her yesterday afternoon because I needed a ride there Saturday morning. I called her to see if she could pick me up and bring me up there and how much she would charge, but I was a little disappointed because she really hasn't gotten back. I don't know if she's busy, but I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.

If you can afford The Residence at Timber Pines, it's very nice. Everything is ala carte, and they have staff there 24/7 on every floor. It's quite expensive, for a 1-bedroom apartment you're looking at $3,800-3,900 a month, and a loft is like $3,000. That's just for one room with a bed and a couch in the same room. It's beautiful, the restaurants are beautiful, they have a lot to do for the people, but if you don't have the money, you just can't afford it. If you'd like an apartment where your living room is separated from the bedroom so you're not getting up everyday to the same thing, you have to be able to have the money to do that. If I could afford it, it's beautiful; they have an Alzheimer's unit, and its' located right in town. They have 2 dining rooms, they have ice cream socials, art socials, a beautiful pool; the place is absolutely beautiful. They introduce you to people that were living there. They have nurses 24 hours that are there, but if you have a nurse, that will be extra than what your $4,200 a month is going to be. If you need a nurse to come to your room at night, that's an extra, or give you medicine or walk your puppy, that's another extra.

The Residence at Timber Pines is excellent, the food is good, and the health and medical management are excellent. The problem is you can't get out unless you have a code. The rooms were a little small and there's no separate exit, so I'd have to go to the front and ask somebody to put the code in to let me out. I did not like that. Even as an independent resident they don't give you a code. Also, I was so upset when I went there. They made sure we were scheduled to visit, but when we got there they didn't know who we were and didn't have us on their list. I went to the receptionist and told her, "I'm scheduled to tour their place." She went to the manager who was on the phone and they never got off the phone, but told the receptionist something. We heard him say, "No, maybe it's someplace else." It's a very nice place, but not the friendliest.

I like The Residence at Timber Pines. It was in a good location. The people were nice. The place looked very clean. I liked their dining area. The apartments were very cute. There were 2-bedroom with two bathrooms, or 1-bedrooms with one bathroom. Their prices were different depending upon the size of the unit. The grounds were nice.

What a magnificent place. My friend has never been happier. The staff is so caring and helpful. I thought the price was high but for the amenities and the activities, it is not. I visit her often and even went to a few events and was very impressed. They have movies, symphony orchestras, fashion shows, chorales, happy hours, social hours, dance revues--just so many things to get involved with. They have a newcomer's luncheon where the new tenant can invite 10 friends to participate. The staff went out and got all new charger plates, linens, etc, for the event. How great is that? This place is so wonderful.

As i have had a past family member of this residence. I wanted to give it more then 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and caring. I can not express enough this is a place where your mother or father can live a non-stressful exciting life. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Patricia and Alicia in nursing to being so caring and was right there if anything was needed. These two women bring out an amazing vibe to the residence. May god bless you all.

I did a lot of research on Assisted Living before placing my Dad as I work in the medical field.. I must say I was impressed. They go above and beyond what the state requires and if you look at deficiencies on states surveys they are remarkable compared to others. The fact that they have an RN as a Director of Nursing and Licensed Practical Nurses in the building 24 hours a day shows me they truly care about their residents and quality of staffing. The price is higher but not far off to the next competitor for what you are getting. Dad has been their for 6 months now and loves it and is very happy. He had an incident recently and a Nurse came right away and was able to quickly figure out what was going on with him. I am truly happy with the decision I made in placing my Father in this community.

My mom is at Timber Pines (The Residence At Timber Pines), and I love it. It's beautiful, the service is great, and the food is good. They have a good menu with everything from salads, soups to full-on trays for dinners. It's restaurant-style, so you actually choose from a menu, so it's like you're going to a restaurant every day. They have so many activities. There are three floors, each with a different calendar of events. They have live entertainment and artists that come in. There are singers, exercise classes, bingo, crafts, outings, and a bus that will take residents shopping or to restaurants.

My father is in The Residence at Timber Pines' memory care center, which is one of the best ones around. We like it and how the place is laid out. It is not like a nursing home. It is very nice and very clean. The people are very good with the residents. I can’t explain how good this place is; it is just really nice. The food is good. The staff members are very friendly and make you feel at home. They treat them with respect and know them by name. They have lots of activities. It is a beautiful place, like a 5-star hotel. They do bingo, arts and crafts, and trivia, plus everyday talking about things that they would remember from the past. They have entertainment that comes in all the time and take rides in the van to get ice cream. Every Friday, they either go to lunch or dinner.

The Residence At Timber Pines was a lot more money, and all the meals are provided, but the I don’t think the price for what you were getting was worth it at all. The rooms are much smaller, and there was no transportation to the library. The man there was very nice, but the place was just overpriced for what you're getting. I just didn't like it as much.

Residence at Timber Pines was very nice and very clean and had a lot of staff, but it was just too expensive. I thought the staff was being very honest. As I said, there was a lot of staff per resident. If they could afford it, that would have been the place. I looked at the activity room, and there were quite a few people participating.

My mother fell and had to have surgery, and she’s in The Residence. It’s new, modern, and clean. The care is good, and according to her, the food is outstanding. She’s happy, and it’s right outside of the community where they’ve been living for the last 20 years. All her friends are close by, so it works out really well. She’s been doing the same stuff she did when she was at home; she plays cards and mahjong.

The Residence at Timber Pines is very close to where my aunt lives. The place was excellent and it was very nice. The staff's work ethic was very strong. We did see the rooms. They were exceptionally good. They had all the standard activities. They were multidimensional. What I like best about it was the proximity to my aunt's house. It was in the neighborhood, so it wasn't disruptive from that perspective.

The Residence at Timber Pines is wonderful. I would give them high stars! It is an excellent facility. A very big place, three stories, and it has everything that you could possibly think of. It is just exquisite and very personal. Food is also excellent. They have different care for each individual. I found this place to be perfect but you also have to have the funds or means to live there.

The Residence was too big of a community. I picked out a big apartment when they were building it. We lived there for a couple of months and it was expensive. Otherwise, it had three or four elevators serving the residents. They had everything, assisted living and senior living and I was in senior living. They were very good.

It's very beautiful and opulent at The Residence at Timber Pines. The price doesn't seem all that bad although it's a little higher than in most places. To get services for assisted living, you have to take it on an ala carte basis. If you need a tray for your room, it's $5 each time they have to furnish a tray. It's $15 to have someone help you in the shower for 15 minutes. These fees seem outrageous to me. But the employees are very nice.
