Landing of St Andrew offers many activities for the residents. They have their own transportation four days a week for no extra charge. They have buses to take the residents throughout the week, like if they want to go to the mall or to the grocery store. The grounds are gorgeous. If you're an outdoors person you can spend time in the open or under the trees. There's also a beautiful canal in the back. It's a beautiful community all around. The staff is very caring and compassionate. It's a Christian-based community so they're very careful when choosing their staff. The pricing is two-tiered, so if you only make a certain amount of money, you pay a certain price, but you pay a different price if you're well-off.

I went to Landings of St. Andrew and I liked the layout. It was so quiet and it's dog friendly. We didn't do any activities, but they have amenities like a laundry room on the same floor and they have a pool and Jacuzzi. They're close to the river and about three miles from the beach. They have a dining area and a community room where they have dinners every now and then, but for the most part, they have all the amenities in their apartments and cook their own food. The rooms were big and spacious. It's a very nice facility. They were in the middle of renovating. They're making the apartments bigger and more handicapped accessible.

I was able to visit The Landings of St. Andrew, and it's an excellent place. I had a tour there, and the lady did a really good job. She explained everything to me, and she went over everything in detail. I was interested in a two-bedroom apartment, and she showed me that. She showed me every floor and also showed me how the washer and dryer would work. They have a lot of activities, and the one that I was interested in was yoga. It was just so overwhelming to me as they offered so much. They also have visiting doctors for the residents instead of them going offsite. Also one thing that I really like was the security as nobody can easily get in there. I was impressed with the grounds and how nicely it was kept. It was really nice and clean. The office staff was very personable. Three days a week they take the residents shopping. It is also a pet-friendly community. It was just a really wonderful place.

I am currently a resident at The Landings of St Andrew and was shocked to read the other poster's review on this property. I have lived here for nearly two years and have been amazed at the number of events and the concern and friendliness of the staff here. We have monthly birthday parties, daily cards and games, daily exercize, water aerobics, cooking classes, art classes, singing/music group, book club, garden club, and amazing parties and events like carnivals, health fairs, holiday parties, sock hops and other amusements. I am sorry that this person did not have a positive experience when visiting with us, but can assure any future visitor of a completely different experience. Come and check us out...we rock around here.

I had a chance to visit St. Andrew and they didn't have an apartment that I could afford. They want me to take an apartment that has two rooms. They didn't seem to have many activities going on while I was there. I don't think it was favorable for me. The staff there didn't seem to be interested with me and so I would not recommend this place.
