My mom moved into Tuscany Villa of Naples. They showed interest and excellent care for the residents. They have activities and food. Their daily care for them has just been very attentive. The place is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly. It's a wonderful experience for what you're having in an assisted living.

Touring Tuscany Villa of Naples was great. There was a good feeling when we came in there. And everything they told us was great. The only thing they don't have is memory care. My sister-in-law could start assisted living and then go to memory care, but they don't have that. The staff was wonderful though. They had so much information. It was awesome. We met some people that work there, and they all seemed nice and very cordial. The lobby was nice. The building is newer and it looks good. The way it was set up, it had a nice feeling to it like you weren't in an institution or something.

I toured Tuscany Villa of Naples. They have a lot of activities. I met a nurse and some of the other employees, and they were all really nice people. I went on a long tour. They took me all the way up to the third floor. I was pretty impressed. It would have been nice for my husband. They had a real chef and a real dining room. The dining area is set up like a restaurant where they have tablecloths and everything. It's so very nice. If I had to go to an assisted living, I would say that's the place I'd want to go. They even have a large pool in the back end of the facility, and there is lots of nice furniture for the people to sit and read a book or what have you. They have a piano player, they have a band once a week, and they have happy hour. It's like being on a vacation.

Negligent management. Terrible dining facilities and food. Low end CNA "care". Go elsewhere!

We're residents of Tuscany Villa of Naples and we're pretty satisfied with it. It's very nice, and we like it, except we do not care for the location. The staff members do their duty, they're also polite, and they're real good. They're helpful in pushing the people that cannot get around in wheelchairs and so forth. One of the activities we take part in is bingo games and entertainment. They offer movies every day and so forth. The staff is available all the time, and we have no problems with them. With activities, they have something going on every day.

I love living here originally I'm from Marco Island and this place reminds of my old stopping grounds. The staff treats me very nice, the food os very good and my apartment is big. I love the trips to the beach museum movies and out to eat. The pool is really good too Why don't you come by move in here I recommend this to all my friends

My mother is moving into Tuscany. It is aesthetically beautiful and clean, and the staff seems very pleasant. It is not shared living because everybody has their own suite. It used to be a hotel in the '70s, and they just put millions of dollars into it and remodeled the entire place. Their location is in a nice area and easy to get to on the main road. I think their price is reasonable, and they were very helpful and willing to work with me.

The people there at Tuscany Villa are top notch. The doctors wanted my sister to enter rehab two weeks before they sent her there. That would just upset her more. So the people at Tuscany cooperated for us to be able to put her there and provide a visiting PT. Not too many people would go to that effort. They have three meals a day. Their chef is well known and is quite good. The people do a lot of interaction, and they have a lot of activities. A lot of the people there are mobile enough to get around and visit with one another a little bit. It is immaculately clean. There was no smell or anything like you see in some nursing homes. The staff are extremely informed, work together as a team, and professional. Many of them have been there for quite a while, so there is no quick turnover which I think shows you quite a bit.

We really liked the Tuscany Villa of Naples. It was a little smaller, but they still have activities every day. It was a really nice facility. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were a bit smaller, but very cozy. A bunch of the rooms had balconies, and they do have a small area for some of the people who smoke. Most places don't allow smoking, but this facility actually has a few smokers; they just have to smoke outside. So that was kind of nice because there are some people who are looking for places that are smoking inclusive. And, they have a bus that takes them to places. They help them with their doctors' appointments, and they take them to the store. Once or twice a week, they take them on little outings to restaurants and places like that. We did try their food and it was really amazing, I can't even explain, but it was very good. I pretty much liked this one all the way around. I thought it was really good. It was a little smaller, so it felt more like a home, and for me personally, I thought it was nicer.

We moved to Tuscany Villa of Naples. We have a large apartment with a bedroom, a kitchenette, and two large walk-in closets. The facility is good. It has a nice swimming pool outside. The price is extremely reasonable, and there was no money upfront. They offer very good help. The staff are very good. Every month they check your vital signs and check to see if you need help. They also have doctors come to the facility on a regular basis. Overall, it's been really good. I like it in here. The food that we are having here is fair.

Tuscany Villa was very nice and they have everything. The rooms are well setup. They have the studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom. The people that work there seem to be very nice too, very accommodating, and they answered all questions.
