My wife moved in to Beach House on January the 19th. The people there seem to care about my wife, and she wasn't just there to be put in a room. They know her name, they know my name, they send me text messages about her and pictures of her, and they call me and tell me what she needs or how she's feeling, whether she's happy or sad or involved. The residents don't just sit and look at one another, they have been actively giving them something most of the day, and I think that's a good thing. They have been drawing pictures, playing games, exercising, and walking around inside and out in the little courtyard. All of the things that I would want to have her to do, they have her do it. I have not seen their menu, but I have been told that she's not having any trouble eating her breakfast. They told me she eats all the food they're giving her, so it must be good. If she didn't like it, she wouldn't eat it. The facility is newer, more modern, seems to be well taken care of, and everything in there seems to work. The room that she's in is 360 some square feet, which is bigger than some I've seen. All of her belongings are in there and she's able to walk around, so I can't be any much happier than that. They have the maintenance people whom I have met who are taking care of the facility. They could actually hang a picture in the room for you if you asked them. They don't act like they are being put upon, they just snatch it up and hang it up on the wall for you. The activities seemed to be fine. She is active, she moves around and plays, and she gets into groups. They talk as much as they can to one another. It's not like she just sits on her chair and watches the sun go from one side to another. She's actually doing things. Their activities are excellent for someone who has Alzheimer's. It's a bit of a value than the one that I was in before where I got nothing. I am very happy with all the stuff that they're doing for my wife, all the information that they're giving me about my wife, and with the price.

My father was a resident here. On the tour we were very impressed with the place and the dedication of its director. But my Dad couldn't stand the food, which was institutional, and very limited, and was also bothered by the short and very early dining hours. The nursing care and medical care was substandard. He was allowed to stay in bed with an undiagnosed urinary tract infection and lose 10 lbs and all his strength without ever being properly assessed or weighed. He ended up in the hospital, then rehab, and then finding another, much better ALF. Furthermore the management staff is very hard to reach. They usually don't return emails, rarely answer the phone, and don't return voicemails.

I love the size of Beach House, the food setup, the staff was amazing, and the ambiance of the place was very nice. They have a salon, occupational therapy, movie theater, restaurant-style eating, and a nice courtyard in the middle. The layout was very nice. They have an art class and a little library. It's nice overall. I had lunch and the experience was different from any other place. You had options. There was a whole separate menu to choose from. It was very classy. The chef did a great job. The dining hall was great with tall ceilings. It was very roomy, very much like a restaurant. There was no assigned seating or anything like that. You can sit wherever. It did not feel like assisted living at all.

I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the Beach House was. I was very impressed with the overall decorations and the layout of the facility. It seemed up-to-date, very clean, very modern, and very homey. It was almost like a beach house hotel. I didn't encounter too many staffers, but the person who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They gave a great explanation of the facilities. The staff personnel that I encountered were very pleasant, particularly the person who runs the front desk.

Beach House was a very nice, new, clean, and friendly place. The downside was that there were no rooms available at the time. My father-in-law liked the courtyard area and the movie theater area. There's a salon that my mother-in-law likes for hair and nails. The menu looked very nice. The staff member during the tour, her name was Stephanie, and she was great and very informative.

I did a tour of Beach House. It is so small that in the living room, there's no room for a loveseat. Only room for two chairs, that's all. I only spoke with the manager who gave us the tour, but I did not make an appointment I just went in there. They have an everyday restaurant style. I saw a menu and you can eat all day long. You can go into the kitchen and ask, almost 24-7, for food. They made a room for exercise. They take you to the doctor, the hospital, and shopping. They have happy hour and stuff like that. I only saw the room; I did not talk to people. It's very nice and clean. The staff is all first class. The courtyard is very pretty. Everything is very beautiful and kept first class. The room has no kitchen, just a microwave, and a sink.

This facility is understafffed in the memeory care unit. My husband's mother was not attended to in an appropriate manner. Upon numerous visits we found her bed soaked with urine or squares of soak pads covering an accident she had on the bed and the sheets hadn't been changed. Her personal care was lacking- hair disshelved, mismatched outfits and urine soaked clothes in the laundty basket. After a meeting with staff we continued to find her clothes rolled up, not hung, and thrown on the top shelf of her closet. The numerous hangars for her clothes were found lying on the floors of both her closets so there was no excuse for not hanging them and keeping her closet neat and her clothers accessible. Her iphone cell was missing and it was noted an android had been exchanged for it. Her bridge was lost and none of the caregivers even mentioned it to the family. The family noted it was missing upon a visit to her. Visits were limited to a 48 hour advance notice. This started in September and it was difficult to schedule visits following these restrictions. Visits were not allowed on Sundays the family was informed via email due to cleaning in the facility.

My husband will be moving into the Beach House. I already put a deposit down on one of the rooms. I was very impressed with everything. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole facility was beautiful and super clean. They just could not be kinder to me. I think he will be in assisted living. I had a quick tour and I saw the exercise room, and they offer physical therapy there, which is good. The dining area was very nice.

I WAS NOT ALLOWED TI VISIT BEACH HOUSE BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS. MY HUSBAND SEEMS VERY HAPPY AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS TO ME. HIS BEING HAPPY MAKES ME RELAX A LITTLE MORE. I FELT A LOT OF GUILT WHEN I PUT HIM IN ASSISTED LIVING BUT I JUST COULDN'T HANDLE HIM ANY MORE. HE KEPT FALLING AND I JUST COULDN'T PICK HIM UP. I WAS ALWAYS YELLING AT HIM. NOW WE ARE BACK TO OUR LOVING RELATIONSHIP WHEN I GET TO TALK TO HIM.

Beach House was beautiful and nice, and the director was super nice. The only reason I did not pick that place was because of the level of care that my dad needed (he has a catheter). They're about the same level as the community we ended up choosing, which is located closer to me. The people there were lovely. It's a fairly new community, so it's beautiful, and not like a retro-fit of an old hotel. Their pool is top-notch.

Beach House was very nice, and the physical plan was very nice, but there weren't a lot of men there, so I was concerned about that. The staff was very good, she was very helpful, and answered all my questions. The dining area was very nice. They were doing arts and crafts when I was there.

It is new. The facilities are bright. The assistants in the medical care know my father-in-law. The rooms are bright and open. Everything is close by. We feel that it would be good for my father-in-law to live here to be close with the proper assistance for nursing and medical care as needed. Beach House Naples has been good so far. My father-in-law likes the place. He has been cared for and the staff members are good. They have given him his medicines on a timely basis. He actually got referred to the hospital on a timely manner, too. The medical staff found an ailment in him, and they informed us immediately.

Among the places that I saw, I liked it the best because it wasn’t very busy. It was also the newest and the nicest. The receptionist gave me a tour because I didn’t have an appointment and she was very nice. The whole place was gorgeous and the décor was all brand new. All the residents that I saw seemed to be well cared for.

It was very nice. It was brand new and had new vegetation. It was on a very large lot, wide, and it's got a nice appearance. The person that interviewed me was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very good. I saw a few people lounging in the living room. The dining room looked very nice.

Beach House was clean, neat, and pretty. I liked the fact that it had a laundry room on each floor. What I did not like was that it was the only place that did not have a stove. The person who was going to receive me was in marketing, so a very helpful nurse took me on the tour. She did the job very well.

It is brand new, clean, and a little less expensive. I like it. The rooms and dining area are brand new, and the staff is very nice and friendly. The food service is a little slow at dinner, but my dad enjoys it because it's social hour and the food is fine. My dad can go out and walk around if he wants and right now, he's fine.

It was beautiful, and the tour was great. I thought that the girl did a wonderful job. It’s brand new, and the rooms were small, but I guess at that point in your life, you don’t need a lot of room. Everything was nice; the dining area was beautiful, and it was already setup for the next meal with the silverware wrapped with napkins.
