Serenades at Longwood is probably up there as my first choice. My only problem was it's a little bit far away from my home, but the whole atmosphere of the place seemed very family-oriented. I liked their respite care program and the people that I worked with. I also have a friend whose spouse is there and I've gotten good reviews from her. I liked the way the facility was laid out and their attitude. The cleanliness was great. I liked their dining experience in which they presented choices to the residents. There was a musical program going on when I was there that seemed very good. I liked their outdoor courtyard, too. The room sizes seemed very adequate and the staff that I met was great.

My aunt has resided at Serenades by Sonata at Longwood since 2015. The care she receives has been exceptional. The staff is kind and compassionate, and always available to help or answer a question. She feels well cared for and our family feels the same way. Everyone at Serenades is involved in my aunt’s care. I receive frequent communications and updates from the staff and appreciate the accessibility of management. Anytime I or my family visit we are greeted by friendly faces and I am always amazed at how everyone is aware of my aunt’s status, from the immediate caregivers to management. It is truly a team effort to make certain the residents are well cared for and comfortable. We appreciate the hands on approach and attention to detail. Sincerely, Nancy M.

We chose Serenades at Longwood because of the way it's managed. We also like the physical building and the programs that they have for their residents. It has a very loving and very nice environment. Their staff is probably the most excellent group of workers I've ever seen. They are very professional. The food is excellent, and it has several dining rooms for each area. They have putting greens for golfers and exercise rooms.

Serenades at Longwood is where we are going to be moving my mother. It is awesome. It's a relatively new building, and it is smaller, which is nice when you have dementia or Alzheimer's. Also they seem to have a larger ratio of staff to residents. What made me decide to go with them was that they have a Team Elliott Education as part of their program. It is a philosophy on memory care for people with Alzheimer's and dementia. In researching that group, I was actually sold on it, and that's why I'm taking my mother there. I walked through the kitchen, and it was clean. There was no food lying around in the danger zone. It's a very clean kitchen. It smelled good too. They do family style meals there.

Serenades is a memory care assisted living facility that is fantastic. The care givers who work there make this place so special. 100% caring and loving people. Thank you for caring for my Mom the way you do.

This is a secure "memory care facility", providing care for people with different stages of dementia. I thought my only option was a nursing home, but was so happy to find them. My stepfather's demeanor has changed- for the better- since being there. He appears to be so much happier. I am pleased with the level of care he gets and the personal attention all residents receive.
