Dowling House was a nice community, they've got very friendly people, and they allow pets, but they have bugs right in the living room. Other than that, everything was fine. They have a very nice cafeteria. There's a lot of walking. They have assisted living as needed, and it's a Section 8 housing. The apartments were small. They're clean, but I'm really stuck on the bugs. They have a little newspaper that comes out every month, and it gives you all the different areas. It's a beautiful place. T...
