We moved into Imperial Palms. They have lots of stores nearby and lots of amenities here. They have a laundry facility, a swimming pool, a shuttle bus to take seniors around, sponsored trips, and activities. I would highly recommend it. It's a two-story building with a screened-in porch. There's no elevator. You have your own parking space. It is an older community. If you don't want to cook, you can order it online and deliver the food to you. The staff members are very patient.

ABSOLUTELY worst experience of our lives! Our father died at Imperial Palms Apartment number 4411 and he had been a resident for years and years. They made sure they got every penny out of him and even took his security deposit after his death! Now they are trying to get more money even after his death and when we called to tell them he was found on the floor in his apartment they NEVER once said "Sorry for your loss"! Our father was a Vietnam Veteran and a Retired Police Officer I'm flabbergasted at how he's been treated and after all the years there and not a day of late rent! We are disgusted and want to let people know how you and your family member will be treated! Find another place to live! How can you treat people this way and my father would be so upset if he knew what they did! We couldn't even get his clothes out for his burial and had to get a lawyer even though he had his door unlocked when the sheriff arrived and the sheriff informed the office that the keys should be given to the family! In addition there is a letter in his file with a name on it that gave me permission for that family member to be in his apartment. Greed, Disrespect, Terrible Management and a COMPLETE LACK OF EMPATHY!!!!!

I just wasn't impressed with the apartments at Imperial Palms. I thought they were a little overpriced. They were not what I was looking for since they were outdated looking. The place was outdated but the staff was very nice. The clubhouse is dingy-looking. There were separate buildings with 10 apartments at a time, and to see them I would have driven or taken their tram on their schedule. There was a swimming pool and a lot of the activities would take place in a community center that isn't actually part of the apartment complex. The staff who helped me was very nice.

I like it here at Imperial Palms as they have a lot of activities. I have been here for almost two years now. I have a 1 bedroom, and it's small enough for me to get around -- that’s all I need -- living room and dining room combined. They do have units with 2 bedrooms too.

I'm currently in Imperial Palms. The staff is very helpful. For under $2000, I get my apartment cleaned every other week, I get my evening meal and if I need anything, all I have to do is call a number 24 hours a day and they're right there. The food is good. You could get a menu and you have four choices of what you want to eat for your entrees and then, I always get dessert fruit. Anything I ordered has always been good. Regarding activities, I don't participate in their activities because I'm just getting back my balance, so I stay in my own apartment. In my apartment, I have a kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and bath. Imperial Palms is a two-story building and I'm on the first floor. Their apartments are great. My mail is right outside my front door. The door out of my kitchen is a screened porch, so when it is not summer and hotter than you-know-what, it is very pleasant. I could go out there and sit and watch the people. They have two clubhouses and two pools. They have morning coffee right in the summertime outside. You can have a pet if you wanted. What I like best about Imperial Palms is that it is close to my church.

Imperial Palms was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful place. It was very good and very well laid out. Of course, it was expensive too. I would choose them if I'm ready. I'm impressed with its cleanliness. It's definitely clean and well taken care of maintenance wise. The appliances and the sizes of the room were good too.

I used to live in Imperial Palms and I liked it there a lot, but I could no longer afford the rent there. They were really good. They took us to stores and to pharmacies. They took us on trips to different places every week and they took us to church too. They had a spa and It was a quiet place.

I was looking for a place and when I saw their picture I thought I saw what I would like but it was different when I got there. It's more crowded there than the pictures show. They have small apartments.

I chose to visit Imperial Palms Apartments because of the price. It was best suited for my income. The rooms were descent although it was not too big for me and my husband. They had a food plan. The staff seemed very pleasant and willing to work with the residents. The facility was close to a lot of stores. They also took the residents to stores and church if they wanted to. I would suggest to improve on the meals like to have a dining room.
