Solivita by Vitalia Homes is right across the street from another senior community. It's all individual houses, it's new, it has everything and it's nice. They have reduced prices right now to lure people in. We used to go there on Sundays for a Sunday brunch. It has all the amenities, everything from pickleball and golf, tennis and many swimming pools, clubs and big-name entertainment comes in on the weekends. The only downside that people complain about is that the restaurant here is not as good as it should be. We've got about 7,000 to 10,000 people who live here. The amenities are over-the-top, they're really very good. They have a pizza place, and they have a restaurant bar but it's not open all the time. Then they have another restaurant that's attached to the golf course that people go to, but there's a lot of complaints about the service and the food. When we first came here the food was really good, but it has gone downhill in the recent years. Otherwise, the place is immaculate and kept up beautiful including the landscaping. The rooms are all individual homes, and we happen to have the largest model, like 2700 square feet. We also have a dog. They've changed hands 2 or 3 times, we're now called "Taylor Morrison".

Solivita was very nice, and I would really select it if it wasn't so far away. They took us everywhere, gave us a wonderful dinner, and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend if you live near there. The food was wonderful, it was a lovely dinner, and they were very pleasant and very helpful. They didn't have a pool when we were there, but they were going to build one.

We used to live at Solivita. It is a very expensive place right now, but it wasn’t when we were there. It is a very big and very nice place. They have everything that a retirement community has -- golf and club houses, restaurants, and movies. They have everything for you. When we went to the welcome center, we sat at a table there with a bunch of other people, and immediately, we all became friends. The next day we all went out to dinner, we just became automatically friends. It was very nice, and everything was perfect. I would recommend anybody that can afford to live there. To retire, that is the place to go.

I've been here at Solivita for over 10 years now. It is a great place to live. It does not have assisted living or nursing care. It is a 55 and up community. The location of this place is a little bit far from malls, restaurants, etc., but we do have our own restaurants within the community. I highly recommend this community to others.
