Windsor at Celebration feels more like a senior living community rather than a nursing home-type. Even though it is an assisted living and people come in and check on my mom, she has her own apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and all the thing wherein she feels like she's more independent. My mom likes the food, too. She really does. They've had things like shrimp, fish, and meals that aren't common for that type of facility. It's extremely impressive and it's worth every penny. They have everything from pet shows to entertainers and music, movies in the theater every night, walking programs, an exercise gym, an art room, and a swimming pool. They have everything.

We toured Windsor at Celebration. The staff was nice. I spoke with Julie. She's very nice. Everything was nice, but it just was not a fit for me. They had some activities. I think it was spacious and the layout was nice. We had lunch. The building was very clean, but it looked institutionalized. I didn't like the building. It looked like a doctor's office. It didn't look homey.

I went to Windsor at Celebration. It reminded me a lot of the facility where my dad is staying right now. It's very open and welcoming. Everyone is very friendly. The staff seems to know everybody, all the residents by name. And, the staff are in and amongst the residents all the time. All of the rooms have nine-foot ceilings. You have to bring your own furnishings, but very well-appointed. I was very impressed. I didn't eat there. But they have the main dining room and a separate dining room for assisted living, which serves the same food. And the assisted living residents are welcome to go to the independent living restaurant. They just need to make a reservation so they know they have enough food. Since the community is part of Celebration, everyone gets a Celebration Resident's Card. So they have access to the discounts and everything that the community of Celebration has to offer. They have a rooftop viewing area where you can see the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom every night. They have lots of activities going on. Yesterday morning, the Go Team therapy dogs paid a visit to the residents. And I'm very familiar with that because I trained my dog with the Go Team in Maryland.

We toured Windsor at Celebration. We were shown all of the amenities. When you walk in, they're very friendly and very welcoming. They have a visiting nurse, which I thought was nice along with the regular staff. They have activities. Surprisingly, they weren't being used much. So, having facilities nobody uses is kind of strange. You have a nice lounge, where you could watch the fireworks at Disney and they have some drinks on Sundays. We visited a two-bedroom unit. It had everything we needed. It's a lot smaller than what we're used to now, so that's a consideration of what we have to do. They did not offer us lunch, and I was disappointed not knowing what they had on their menu. It was lunchtime also. They did invite us back for lunch, but I doubt if we'll have a chance to go. The staff was very polite and seemed professional, listened to us, and answered all our questions. So I was impressed by the staff and the person who greeted us when we came in the lobby, who showed us around.

I went to look at Windsor at Celebration. This place is beautiful, but it's expensive for me. I saw one room with one bath. They have everything. They have a swimming pool. The staff members were nice with me. The living atmosphere was excellent.

Windsor at Celebration has a fantastic atmosphere. It was like being in a resort. They had an in-house theater, art group, and therapy group. The accommodations were just pristine. It looked like they had been finished the day before. It was just top-notch. The staff and the people that lived there, everybody just very pleasant, caring, warm, and welcoming. You just go down the hall and people are saying, "Hi, do you already live there?" I asked if I could move in, and they're like, "You're not old enough yet." If you are independent and you have a vehicle, they do have a valet service, which none of the other facilities had. They have on-the-roof entertainment for the people. They play music so the people can watch the fireworks up there. Incredibly enough, it was modestly priced for the series of facilities that I've seen in that price range. They were fantastic. When you come into the apartment, there's a little dining room, living room, kitchen, and a bedroom. They did not have the one-bedroom to show us, just the two-bedroom. It was very nicely appointed, and very nice sized. They do have all the amenities, they come in and clean even if it is independent living. They come in once a week and do the cleaning just like you would with assisted living. They do have doctors that come to the facilities to check on people, so you don't have to go off-property. If you do go off-property, they have that certain mile radius where they'll drive you. If you need to go to a doctor within a certain radius of the place, they do have that available. But the accommodations were stunning. The person who gave me the tour was very patient and very warm. I did not try the food, we just toured the facility. They did have a beautiful dining area. There was a little lunch-type area, and they had a dining area as well. We saw people enjoying themselves there, and the food looked wonderful. My goodness, it did not look like a facility of any sort. It looked completely like you were going into a resort, but it was a secured resort where you had to get security to let you in. It gave none of the impression that you were in a place where people are being taken care of. It was just like going into one of these high-end resorts. It had that resort atmosphere, but along with that, they had all of the backup, the nursing, and the doctors in case they were needed.

I liked Windsor at Celebration a lot. The facility was nice, fresh, good-smelling, and clean. The restaurant area was probably the best out of all of the facilities I visited. The rooms were well-maintained, well done, and clean. I saw a two-bedroom, a one-bedroom, and a studio, and all of them were nice. It was in a quiet area. There was a good set up for the people that are independent. They can go out and walk along the avenue. It was very safe. The staff was really nice. It was just expensive for us, and it was too far out of the way.

Out of all the ones we saw, we found the best unit at Windsor at Celebration. It was actually where we were very nearly going to until my family decided I was going back to England. We were impressed with the place itself, in other words, the building and everything about it, because it got independent, assisted, and memory. There were three separate units within one place. They were completely separated, and everything about it was first class. Everything about it seemed right. The apartments were the best layouts we saw. They were doing meals on an allocation basis. In other words, you've got so many points per day. The staff was excellent. They had the usual amenities like a gym and an inside pool which was very good. They got no outside pool, but they got an inside pool. They've got the usual game room, art, drawing, and gym classes. They've got a nurse who's in every day five days a week. They got doctor's visits. All the good things you get in independent living places, seem to have it.

It's been wonderful here at Windsor at Celebration. The people are awesome, the apartment is awesome, they made it very easy for me to get moved in, and everybody and anybody offers a hand. It's a wonderful place to be. I'm in their assisted living with the first level of care. They do need to work on their food and they are working on it. I don't know how to explain it but it needs more flavor and it needs more care. The meats are dried out sometimes, and they need to put more flavoring in their food. They also need more help in the dining room for serving. The activities are great. We play bingo, we have exercises, and water aerobics. The apartments are well-maintained and with lots of space. The hallways and the elevators, everything is just easy and convenient. There's always somebody around and the medications are delivered in a timely manner. They also check on you in a timely manner. It's just been a really great experience. I feel very safe and comfortable here.

I like Windsor at Celebration. I was well received, and the tour was great. The person who gave us the tour was right on point with the explanations. I like how they have the meals structured. The meal structure was right on point for me. I enjoyed it very much, and I like it. The only concern my friend had was the pricing; otherwise, it was great, and I enjoyed everything about it. They showed us the smallest room that they had. They have different views from different sides of the building. The rooms were appropriate for him, but I think he should have had a little bit more closet space because when somebody comes in, he or she might be coming in with more shoes and more clothes. At that point in time, some people were playing games, but he didn't need a lot of activities. Something that he loves and I love is that as a veteran, there is a board for them, and he loves it very much because he wants the world to know that he served his country. I like that display a lot, too. I also like where the building is located. There isn't too much traffic or too much noise, and it is also near the hospital and not far from where I live, so I can get to him easily.

My sister has moved into Windsor at Celebration. She just loved it when we went there. It's a great place, and the staff is amazing. They rolled out a red carpet for her when she first walked in and became a resident. Everybody was clapping as she walked in the door. It was a fun place. The amenities are unbelievable, and we are so happy with it. They have an olympic size swimming pool with a ramp to go down in, a full gym, and gym equipment that work with people who have a hard time getting up on a bicycle. You can take scooters down the hallways. You can have your own apartment. They'll come in and bring your meds in the morning and in the evening, so that you don't have to remember these kinds of stuff. They have an onsite doctor. It is also right next to a hospital. The amenities and what it offers are phenomenal. They have an onsite barbershop and hairdresser. It's all about making the residents feel awesome. This place is amazing. I've never had their food, but she said she loves it. Because my sister has a hard time walking, they would do a sit-down Tai chi. They have activities like this all the time. They have musicians, pool tables, game areas, puzzle areas, and a library. It is $5500 a month, but she can handle that with her pension and her savings. What she's getting for the money is phenomenal. She has been there for six days now. I call her every day and she would say, 'It's wonderful. This is great. The food is good. You should hear what we're doing tomorrow.' If she's having a blast, then we couldn't be happier.

The building is absolutely beautiful. My parents moved in January 2020 and moved out May 2020. They loved the valet brothers, Nurse Linda and Grace was their favorite waitress. My parents enjoyed meeting so many wonderful residents. The indoor pool was their favorite activity. Sadly, they couldn’t take the poor quality of food. They were paying close to 7 thousand a month for continual food problems both tiny portions and awful taste. The executive director tried hiring a new head chef, and begged my parents to give him some time to adjust. After four months, my parents saw the quality of food decline even further. They are so happy since they moved out. With better leadership this could be the best retirement community in Florida!! It is stunning and has a movie theater that is out of this world.

We saw Windsor at Celebration memory care and assisted living facilities. It was alright, but it's a lot of money. The apartments were very good and spacious. They had a pool, a dog park, and a gym. The lunch we had in the dining room was excellent. The person who took us around was great.

Windsor at Celebration was terrific. It was the nicest thing I had ever seen in my life. The rooms were huge, but the only thing was that you had to buy your own furniture. The staff showed us a beautiful room. It was the best thing that I had seen in my whole life. It was just like a beautiful home. However, when the staff said that we would have to go on separate rooms later, and that I have to pay for my husband and I have to pay for mine, I didn't like that. The staff showed us around the whole place. There was even a washer and dryer in the rooms. The food was terrific, too. You look at a menu and decide what you want. It didn't seem like a nursing home type at all. This one was like booking one of the Hilton hotels only it was better. It was top notch and very nice.

My parents love Windsor at Celebration. They're brand new, they're on Disney property, so Disney has to approve everything that they do from landscaping, to food service, and pricing. They travel out every day to a shopping and social venue, they have three movies a day, and they do as many activities as you do on a cruise ship, but you don't go anywhere. The food is fabulous and the staff is phenomenal, so it's a great place for my parents. The place has everything and more, so it's really amazing.

Windsor at Celebration is a brand-new building and brand-new program. It has three different levels: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. My parents are going to be living in a one-bedroom, one-bath. It has a kitchen, microwave, sink, and a refrigerator. I like that everybody's going to be new. It's a good time for my parents to meet people. They get three meals a day, and it's restaurant quality food. There's an indoor pool and a bar upstairs where you can watch the Disney fireworks at night. We went last weekend, and there was a guy playing the violin in the lobby. There's also a grand piano there. They're just steps away from the restaurant in their building.
