I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Do NOT put your loved one in this facility! The newer building is infested with BED BUGS. Management knows but do not disclose this information. It took the over 2 weeks to do anything about it. I pulled my father from this horrible place. The food is also horrible they eat sandwiches daily multiple times a day. My heart breaks for the residents that are stuck there!

I am/was a resident of this facility

you have to furnish the room . It was very bland and cold. I brought my own furnisher. The staff have no time for individual help. They just do their job. No interaction. No activities other than movies and tv. No other amenities.

I visited this facility

I liked Noble House Retirement a lot. The staff who showed me around was really sweet. I'm wanting to get my mom into their newer building. It was two stories, and it had a movie room, a library/office, a dining room, a workout room, and a little pond in the back. It was beautiful and decorated nicely. There's a lot of security doors because sometimes they wander. They had organized activities. The dining room looked nice and they had one on the lower and upper level. I was very pleased with it. The older building was okay and the rooms were a little bit bigger, but I really liked the newer building. It looked like an apartment complex. The two buildings were right side by side.

I visited this facility

Noble House Retirement is a beautiful, very nice, up-and-coming facility. It's not a full facility yet, and they're trying to fill it up with residents. It's very nicely kept and organized. The staff who helped me was very helpful with information. They had very nice dining facilities and the kitchen was very nicely equipped. They also had full-time staff. The place was fairly new, in very good condition, and very clean.

Noble House of Jacksonville is awful. They are inattentive. The size of the rooms is fine. The food is awful. The things they can improve on would be the staff, the activities, and the food.
