Arbor Trail Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center is the best facility I've ever seen in Citrus County. It outweighs many other facilities that I've been at. It's off the chart and it's a very good place. It's a clean facility. The employees are awesome and it's total care for my mom. It started a little rough in her room, but everything has changed for the better. They've remodeled the facility. So, the new paint is there. It's nice. There are activities available for her and she has gone to a few. There are different places to meet with family. There's a screened-in lanai, two different courtyards, a canteen, and then they've got their dining rooms. Outside of the dining room is another lanai and outside of the dining room's lanai is a courtyard. It is laid out nicely. Transportation is available. Mom has an outside doctor's appointment where they'll arrange the transportation and the appointment.

Wife was sent there after hospitalization. AT Rehab Refused to review medication. Rash on the wife's back and rectum that I cured in a couple of days after she got home. Ignored her black toes. Roomed with a woman who ran the TV all night long. When their oximeter didn't work Jury rigged a test so the wife wouldn't qualify for an insurance paid for oxygen generator. 7 months later Arbor Trails send me a bill for something I already paid.

Had my wife there for four weeks in June of 2022. The facility was understaffed, I found my wife in horrible conditions on several occasions, they refused to place near a nursing station as she was a fall risk. A result of this was she had to be taken to a hospital on a few occasions. Management was basically non-existent and, I finally had her removed from the facility. I could not in good faith, recommend this facility to anyone.

Short staffed and Patient not properly being cared for. Baths, Change of clothes, getting out of bed. All this is do to the facility being understaffed. Considering moving the patient elsewhere.

Our experience with Arbor Trail Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center was good. We liked it there. The only thing my husband didn't like was the food, which is kind of normal. He complained that he couldn't get coffee when he wanted it. Those were the only complaints that he had, which is normal. He had COVID, and that's the only place that has a COVID unit for rehab. They had activities but he wasn't able to use any of them. They had a lot of stuff going on during the day, one day they had bingo in the cafeteria. The dining room was great, from what I've seen. Some of the staff were still delivering meals to the rooms. The staff members were very friendly, very nice, and very accommodating. The place had a very friendly and clean atmosphere. In terms of value for money, it was a little expensive. My problem was they wanted $280 a day. I think any place right now is very high priced.

My mother was a patient there for 5.5 months, December through May. We could not have been more pleased with the care given her, the compassion & encouragement shown her, and the assistance provided to us, her family members. Lots of support and activities are made available for the patients and residents. Mom's only complaint was the food -- which is understandable, when an institution has so many dietary restrictions to attend to -- though she loved the meat loaf. :o) Kudos to the entire Arbor Trail team -- you are in a challenging and often unappreciated line of work! Thanks for everything.

I am at the Arbor Trail Rehab And Skilled Nursing Center for three weeks now. The people and nurses are phenomenal. They are caring staff. The food is less desirable, but a lot of the people there like it. I can't bless them enough for all the work that they've done for me. It's a clean place. Everybody is very friendly. It's in a great location. There's a bike path right across the street that you can walk down the bike path or wheel down in your wheelchair. There are two beds in my room, but I'm the only one in there. The rooms and bathroom are clean. It's the best place I've been in. They have some sort of a game thing going on today. They have a therapy room, and the ladies in the therapy are phenomenal. I have no complaint about that place.

While mom was at this facility the staff could not have been anymore accommodating. Mom is very picky and everyone tried to meet her needs and expectations. I truly cannot say enough.

During my grandmothers stay at this facility we were very happy with the care Grammie got. She made friends with the staff and enjoyed the southern style meals. I was impressed wit the fun things she could do and her relationship with the speech therapist. If a need were to arise Grammie will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all so much. S. I am very impressed and happy with the care my mother is getting at Arbor Trail. The staff here are always helpful and friendly. I am always kept informed on my mothers health . They go out of their way to keep my mother healthy , happy , and clean. I would like to give everyone there a special thanks on the way they handled the covid19 crisis. They were on top of it from the very start and took every precaution to keep the residents safe. i thank them all!

My neighbor stayed at Arbor Trail to recover from surgery and I visited her every day. I was so impressed with how clean the building was and the staff were so nice. They had something going on everyday for the residents and the activities ladies knew every one and treated them all like friends. My neighbor recovered quickly with the rehab that was offered but didn't want to leave because she loved it and thinks of everyone like family.

Facility attractive. But no real effort made to prevent mother from falling at Arbor Trail and breaking bones a few times. Arbor Trail Gave up on trying to get her to eat, and told us no options available. However we were able to successfully bring in soft but attractive food she happily ate. But their records, no doubt, shows no deficient care. We moved our mom.

May is one of the better staff on the long-term care wing, but most staff do not pay attention to details or resident's individual needs, although when you bring things to their attention, they usually take care of the issue. The rooms are not private, and there is minimal space to visit any resident who is bound to their bed. Also, make sure that you track all expenditures to the facility as they are not efficient in ensuring accuracy of billing. They do have 3 meals/day and activities for residents, although much oversight is required to ensure that resident's who cannot feed themselves are appropriately fed by staff.

I must say, I hear people talk about hospital food and how bland and awful it is, it was a nice surprise to see that the foods is flavorful and the staff is nice and friendly. I have enjoyed the meals and the friendly staff and even invited my family for lunch. The Holiday meal was scrumptious and the decorations were lively and cheerful. Very pleased to be here.

My mother was at Arbor Trails for 60 days. We chose Arbor Trails on the recommendation of her primary care physician, who is the medical director. We have since changed doctors, and consider Dr. Nathan to be a negative. But we would give the physical therapy department a 5-Star +++ rating! They got Mom back on her feet and walking at age 93 after a fall and a stroke, and did everything they could to help her get back home. Mother formed a real bond with Marla and Brandi, who are very compassionate. There are also nursing staff, who are very loving, like Mary, Charleen and Tanya. As a frequent visitor, I also really appreciated Nancy at the front desk, a very friendly and knowledgeable person. The facility is clean, and odor-free. There is a cheerful courtyard, which allows patients to enjoy some fresh air. Overall, I would recommend this facility. Thanks!

As someone who spent a fair amount of time within this facility, I would have to say at face value, the facility is maintained very well and kept very clean. My loved one was given a level of care that I was more than happy with, and I generally enjoyed visiting the facility.

Parent is kept very clean. But staff made minimal effort to help. Aide amazed when parent's call button actually turned on. Weak effort to integrate still mentally coherent parent into activities like events and dining. Most staff more concerned about protecting themselves from trouble than helping patient. Some aides quite pleasant to parent; some have bad attitude. Not stating more specific complaints as parent still there. Perhaps is ok for general rehab but don't put elderly person there.

My mother was here for less than 2 weeks. In the time I was there with her, one of the activity directors came and talked with us with an open beer bottle in her hand. This same woman attempted to over ride what I was calling in my mothers best interest. The treatment of my mothers roommate was reported to her case manager who is not part of the facility. Yelling at her and leaving her food in front of her when someone is supposed to assist her in eating is just cruel. I helped a man in his wheelchair with his blanket as staff sat at the desk playing on their phones. No thank you Arbor Trail.

My mother is in Arbor Trail. It seems like a clean facility, and the people are very nice. The staff is pretty helpful, knowledgeable, and always there to help. The rehab people are really helpful, too. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I think you can get snacks. They have activities going on, like bingo, crafts, and church services. They have transportation to take her to doctors' appointments. The place is pretty nice. They have a salon and exercise equipment.

My husband was at Arbor Trail Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center and it was an excellent place. The occupational, physical and speech therapies were beyond excellent. The staff were helpful, courteous and respectful. The rooms were odorless and spotless. There were different activities everyday although he did not participate in any. I had no complaints and I would recommend this place to others.

We had to put my mother in Arbor Trail because it had gotten to the point where we couldn't handle her anymore. She had quite a bit of memory loss, so she needed more care than we could give her. She really likes it there. In fact, she calls it "home" now. The facility is clean, they have socials, and there's a patio where she goes out and sit. They're giving her excellent care and she's very comfortable. If we have any questions they don't have any problems answering them. She's very well taken care of and she seems to be very happy there.
