The Haines Manor was always clean everytime I visited my sister there. The Staff was always friendly and careing. Even the staff in the Kicthen was alway taking care of her needs too! Could now ask for better care of my sister while she was there. Thank You all for the great care you took of my sister Linda! Just a Great ALF!

My mother has only been a resident for a few months. In that short time she has been sexually assaulted by other residents and yesterday was taken to the hospital with a fractured nose and eye socket. This place seems under staffed and what staff they do have seem incapable of doing their job. Please do not put your loved ones in this facility.

We placed my step daughter in Haines Manor, and it's about 45 minutes from us. We decorated her room. It was nice, the building is also undergoing renovation, and it was OK. There were a lot of younger people there, and there were a lot of people in her age group. The staff was nice, but younger than I would have liked. They watch movies, they play games, and they take the residents to a park by a lake. They're starting a garden, they're remodeling the gym, and they're working on getting Wi-Fi throughout the building, but they have it in common areas. It was not a bad place, and it was the best choice for the money.

Haines Manor was very quiet, nothing was going on. Each of the rooms had their doors closed so nobody can see what was happening to any of the resients. There wasn't any activity, and they didn't know that we had an appointment that day. I didn't see anyone walking in the halls. The place was very depressing and old, I wouldn't put anybody that I know there. The patients were laying in the bed while the staff members were in that one room where they answer calls.
