I have been here for about 5 years. I love what I see. I just love the people who care for me. I love the amenities. I love how clean and smooth things are ran. They do a super job of caring for me. The food is great wonder & Phillip are amazing. The whole staff are wonderful. I have my POA distribute cards all over about the community. Everyone is just super even the higher up. Daisy is doing a wonderful job with activities. I respect everyone here. The Club at Haines City is a great place to live. I love Vicki. If you are thinking of sending your loved one here you will not be disappointed. It is wonderful and great here. It is clean.

I moved to The Club at Haines City. The room is very small. I've got my hospital bed because there's nothing else in here. The staff has been nice. The food was good. They offered three meals a day, but not restaurant-style. The carpet in the hallway is dirty, but they are trying to make everything laminate flooring because some rooms have it and some rooms don't. They have exercise, bingo, a craft room, a movie theater, and games.

The Club at Haines City was OK. It was all one floor. They had a one-bedroom apartment available, but it was very small. They had doctors and podiatrists that would come. The dining area seemed nice. The place seemed old and it was very costly. The woman we were working with, although she was very nice, it was difficult to communicate with her because she didn't return our calls. Their movie room had like a couple of chairs with a TV in it.

Savannah Court of Haines City was nice, very warm, and inviting when we walked through the front door. The lady that showed us around was very nice. The residents seemed pretty happy. The particular room that they had available was really small, around 400 square feet, and it seemed a little outdated. There was a bath that was wheelchair accessible and a small kitchenette with a very tiny sink. We saw another room that wasn't in use, more like a model room, and it's a little bit bigger and a little bit nicer. But overall, the place was good. They had a movie room, a pool table, an activity room, and an arts and crafts room. The outside seemed well-kept and landscaped nicely. The only reason for the overall rating was the small size of the room.
