Great location. Decent property. The rooms are decent. The meals are cheap and inconsistent. Breakfast is generally good. Often they cannot keep a cook for dinner and weekends. There is very poor administrative leadership which creates quick turn around of staff. Toxic gossipy work environment. No licensed medical staff onsite. No management on weekends. Very little activities, and outings. Do your research on the executive director's background and the antiquated board members and their lack of experience in senior care.

Victorian House was pretty good and wasn't glamorous, but it would do. The amenities were good. They had TV and bingo night. The staff was very nice. The dining area seemed OK and clean. The facilities were nice.

Victorian House was nice and the food was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The people there were a little older and the place had less room for activities.

Victorian House is a beautiful home. They seem to provide lots of activities. The rooms look nice and are a little smaller because it's an older facility, but it's Victorian, so it's really pretty. The only reason we didn’t go with it is because it's too expensive. Even with two people in a room, they charge you the full amount. Other facilities would give you a cut on the second person, but Victorian House couldn't do that.

Victorian House Assisted Living was recommended by a neighbor to us. The facility was amazing. I liked that it was not modern but was geared to the age of the senior residents. The staff were wonderful and most of them had been there for 3 years or more. They checked the residents 24 hours a day and they cared for them. My mom had a private room which was very comfortable, homey, and warm. The food was home-made, nutritious and simple. The activities in the facility included bingo, crafts, exercise, movie nights, trips, word play. I highly recommend this place.

A cute Victorian house right in downtown Parker. Residents can walk to parks and stores, one resudent would push her grocery cart all the way back to the house! Holiday parades go right by the front door, residents just have to pull a chair out front to enjoy the parade. The rooms were nice and clean and a good size, and staff were friendly and competent.
