The people at Crown Crest seemed fine, and a lot of them looked like they were living there. They knew their way around, and they could get their fresh water. They get to the TV room, and they were doing everything. It was clean, sunny, and bright, but I never saw staff. That just bothered me. There was like a little TV room, but there were no books, no magazines, and no games. There didn’t seem to be a whole lot for the people to do. I’m not so sure I’d want to be there. My mom’s friend’s daughter was there, and we’d visit while our parents were visiting. We’d sit and talk or have a cup of coffee, and she agreed it was very, very clean and she said the food was OK.

My daughter chose Crown Crest. I don't mind it, but there's a lot of crazy things going on that I don't like. I'm sure that happens in all of them, but they don't have a crew that stays very long. It indicates to me that there is a problem. They treat their help poorly. They don't pay the same wages as everybody else, and they're losing staff because there's not enough help. The schedules are terrible. They go work late and then come in early. and it just doesn't look good to me.
