The food at Brookdale Greenwood Village was unbelievably awful. You couldn't recognize it and most of the time it looked like I'd feed it to the dog. It was awful. The facility was very nice. The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked. They cleaned it well every day. There was good cleaning and caretaking. My husband wasn't up to activities at that time and I do not remember anything except the physical therapy that people worked with him on. Most of the staff were very good. Probably 75% of the help was very good. They seemed knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely unacceptable services. My mother was placed here for rehab. The services were inconsistent and sporadic at best. It is impossible to reach a case worker, and there is no follow up with the nursing staff. Our staff failed to send necessary lab work to doctors for corresponding visits. If you got anyone on the phone, they would shew you off the phone immediately. Difficult to get anyone if you need help physically in house-takes upwards of several hours for medications or even beverages upon request from patient.

I liked the fact that there were a lot of residents who were engaged in activities and a lot of things to do at Brookdale Greenwood Village. I also liked it because it was the continuing care. The lady that gave me the tour was nice. She knew everybody's name and interacted with them. I liked her.

The tour I had at Brookdale Greenwood Village was horrid. There was a mix-up about the person I was supposed to see and which building I went to. It smelled. The windows were dirty. You can hardly see out. They have to clean that up. Those poor people were stuck in there and they couldn't see out. The woman was nice, but not very informative. My tour lasted maybe 10 minutes.

My aunt was at Brookdale Greenwood Village for a respite stay. Overall, they were positive, enthusiastic, and responsive. The facility was decorated for the season, which I thought was really nice. I know that they were short-staffed, but I think they needed some extra cleaning. The place was generally neat and tidy, and welcoming. The staff was compassionate. I was overall satisfied with this facility.

My father was sent to Brookdale Greenwood Village after a stay in the hospital. I spent ten days at Brookdale with my father ranging 8-24 hours a day. The staff consisting of CNAs, nurses, doctors, PT, OT, administrators, cleaners, and cooks were all very kind and compassionate people. They treated my father with dignity and respect. Thank you for your service.

Brookdale Greenwood Village looked very clean. The residents were engaged and the staff seemed to be very friendly. They give you three meals a day plus snacks. They have a good place for them to watch TV/watch movies, a nice library, and open areas where everybody sits around. While we were there, people were engaged in a couple of different games that were going on. It seemed like everybody was doing pretty well.

I looked at Brookdale Greenwood Village. The people were very nice. The dining room was open, and I liked that. Other than that, it was a little bit older. I like that they have everything right there: physical therapy, memory care, and everything. It was a plus. It was just too far for me to drive. The staff was very nice and very informative. The layout is great. It was clean. It may have been a little rundown, but it was clean.

We've chosen Brookdale Greenwood Village for my father-in-law and we're very happy with it. It's a lovely facility, it's clean and well-maintained. The staff is attentive, patient, very professional, and easy to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say to them. He's gotten good care and he likes the food better than his previous facility. I've seen their gym, they have daily activities times and I've witnessed both of those and their mealtimes. The rooms are well maintained, they're spacious, and they're well-lit. The staff members have been amazing and the facility is great. The price is significantly less than his last facility.

We have chosen Brookdale Greenwood Village for my mother. They had the nicest rooms or apartments for the residents. It was a nice place. It fit my mother's personality. They have a food service. They have exercises and activities for the residents, but every place we visited had all of those too. So it came down to the fact that it had assisted living, memory care, and nursing care available in one facility. The amenities of the rooms were much nicer than the other facilities we toured. The staff did everything right, and she was great. The facility was excellent. The dining room is comfortable and not fancy.

I toured Brookdale Greenwood Village two years ago. It was very pleasant. It was very nice. The layout was nice. Everything seemed really like a nice place to live and safe and secure. They were fantastic. One of the sales and marketing people was very helpful in showing me everything and helpful in relating it to the other Brookdale where my parents would go. And actually, he was very good about getting my information there so that they would have my information and could get a hold of me. The rooms were nice. A two-bedroom, two bath is what my parents need, and it's like an apartment. It's got a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and a little kitchen area. It's quite nice and it's comfortable. They showed me their activities and their menu. It looks like everything is kept very clean and neat and organized. They have the usual amenities like a library, a game room, craft room, movie room, a little cafe beside the dining room, and an exercise room. It was very impressive. I didn't interact that much with the staff. I was introduced to some people, but they all seemed friendly and polite.

Brookdale Greenwood Village was very pleasant and clean. The staff was very personable. The room was larger than I expected. It's nice that they have continuation of care there. They have memory care, assisted living, and skilled nursing all in one spot, so that was very good. I liked it enough to bring my father-in-law back to look at it tomorrow. The staff that I met was very pleasant, polite, very professional, and seemed to enjoy their work. Everything was well maintained. It had nice landscaping. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The common areas were very tastefully decorated and well maintained. I got to see their exercise area, crafts area, meeting area, and outdoor barbecue area. It was a very nice facility. The staff was exceptional and easy to work with so far. There was nothing that I saw that needed repair. We're going for a second visit tomorrow. They'll do his evaluation and figure out what the final charges would be.

We did a tour of Brookdale Greenwood Village, and what we have seen so far, we love. We've had lunch there. We've picked out a room, and we've gone there several times. They have done a great job of making us feel welcome. They have a beauty shop and someone who does nails. They do your laundry, they clean for you, and they have full-service food. The food is very good. It is clean, it does not smell. They've got a very nice facility there. This is the only facility we toured, and we really liked it, so we just decided to go with it.

Brookdale Greenwood Village is beautiful, but they don't have the services for me. It was very, very nice. I liked it. The staff was working with the patients and interacting with them. The place was great. They serve excellent food. It was a barbecue with potato salad, watermelon, and something to drink. The place was very, very clean. They had health inspections, and they had no complaints. They were good on both sides.

My mother-in-law is in Brookdale Greenwood Village. So far, they seem to be doing a good job. It's a little dated. It could be a little spruced up, but I think their care is fine. Currently, she's in memory care. The reason that we chose them was because they have skilled nursing as well; we don't have to move her again. Most of the staff members are very friendly. She's participated in a few activities. They do chair exercises every morning. I know the other day they were doing manicures, and she got her nails done. The food is not the best; they could upgrade. They serve mashed potatoes, gravy, and rice on the same plate for lunch and dinner every day.

Brookdale Greenwood Village looks like a really good facility. It's beautiful. I saw the assisted living, and it was lovely. They all seem very interested. They have memory care. Actually, after I spoke with them, we now know we need memory care. A young man took me on a tour and he was great. They showed us two different apartment-style rooms. They were both really lovely, but that was in the assisted living.

My relative was in the rehab portion of the facility. This was the worst experience of my life. First off I could never get some to answer a phone. Second I could not get an update as to how the person was doing. I would think I would be able to get an update at a reasonable time frame due to being restricted and not being able to go into the facility due to COVID. Nope, they all had attitudes and would not give me updates and were very obnoxious that I would even ask for an update more frequently than once a week. They would not share status so decisions could be made. I had to call the head of the facility to find out anything and it took forever to get through to that person. They were cruel to the patient and the patient when I was able to get through was pleeding with me to get her out. I can't say anything nice. What a disgrace!

My mother stayed at Brookdale Greenwood Village for a week. It's beautiful to look at, but there's nothing to do at night. When you call for help, you'd have to wait forever for someone to come because they didn't have enough staff. The rooms were nice. The staff was nice, but they're very slow to respond, and the activity level is 0.

Brookdale Greenwood Village was OK. They had a small physical therapy or workout room. The employees seemed OK. I didn't really care for the location because it was pretty close to I-25 and Arapahoe Road, and there were traffic jams getting in and out of there.

My mother was there after a fall. It was nice to look at but resident care is an oxymoron. I would visit every day and noticed that she would not have basic daily care taken care of and some of her clothing was missing. When I raised these issues, I was ignored UNTIL the administration discovered I was an attorney and a law professor. I would never leave my worst enemy here. We moved her out into a beautiful assisted living home in Denver. She was cherished, treated with the utmost compassion and respect. And when she passed, her caregivers were present to wish her G-d speed on her journey.

My mother is in Brookdale Greenwood Village, and they seem to be very interested in her improvement and well being. I'm pleased with it. They had several activities like concerts inside. The staff is very good, and I'm very encouraged with what they're doing. They’re giving her three meals. The rooms were a little bit small, but they weren't too bad.

The facility at Brookdale Greenwood Village was beautiful. It is in a beautiful part of town, but I don't know what happened with the people that worked there because it is not a typical Brookdale community. The other Brookdale I visited had much higher quality people working there. I was getting a tour with the director, and there was this man who was in the assisted living part. He was wheeling his wheelchair with both hands by himself, and he was trying to open this door with his foot. I was walking with the director, and you couldn't really help but notice him. I asked if he needed help with that door. I was the one who said it, and we were getting ready to walk past him. I was the one that opened the door for him. She didn't say she missed that, or thank you, or didn't see that, or anything. She was just so cold and heartless. The activities director just said they played a lot of card games, and it seems she had a lot going on with the activities. That was the only facility I visited where I was shocked. The first time I visited there, I had an appointment, but they were on quarantine because somebody had a stomach virus. It seemed like they would have called me to reschedule it, but they didn't, so when I did reschedule it, that was my second impression on that when I toured it technically the second time. I don't know what happened, but she is not the right person for that job. I did see the apartments, and they looked really nice. Like I said, they can look all pretty and all nice if you want, but if they don't have the right people in there, then you can't make up for that part. I was putting together a short list for my mom when she comes to visit in July, and that did not make the short list. I couldn't even recommend it to anybody just based on my tour. You can't make up for such a poor impression. They need to fire that director and get a new activities director as well. She is not the right person for the job. All the Brookdale facilities I have visited, and I have visited many in the area, and I'm really impressed with the company in general. However, I'm not impressed with that facility, and they just have the wrong person in that position. It is in a wonderful part of town, and it is a beautiful building. It has so much potential, but that one person is not the right person for the job.

Brookdale was family friendly, and the staff is available for the residents. They have physical therapy and doctors that come in to see the residents. They have CNAs and registered nurses. They also have an activity director; they have activities every day. Nice facility and spacious rooms. They have a bus that takes them to church and on outings.

It was excellent in every aspect. The doctors were great. The nursing staff were great and exceptional. They treated my father the way that I am hoping that he will be treated. They allowed him to leave for three hours at a time, and with permission, we could keep him out a little longer. It was a beautiful facility. There was a full rehab center. They have physical therapy. He was in his own individual room with individual bathroom. They have a very nice restaurant and wonderful food. They have spacious hallways and big community rooms. He did very well in that center, and when he came out, he was doing much better than when he went in.

Very good staff. They actually care for my dad, and follow through on what they are suppose to be doing to care for him. We have been in three different facilities and this by far is the best experience we have ever had. I would recommend this facility for Assised Living, Dementia care and Skilled Nursing, and we have used all three here and speak form experience.

When I talked to the residents and some staff here, they had been there for years and that was the main reason. For the most part, mom likes their food, but not always. She is not a real activity-kind of person, so they are respecting her wishes on that. She likes to go to the beauty shop and the church they have there. The place is really nice and she has a really nice apartment. They check on her when need be. They respond when I call. So far, so good. The bathroom can accommodate her needs with her walker. It has a nice little kitchenette area. She is able to decorate it how she wants to and she is able to fit in everything that she wants in there. She is on the third floor and it has a nice view. They are very friendly and responsive. They are concerned about my mom.

I got in here a week ago. They try to meet my needs and I'm very satisfied with it. The staff gets to know you quickly. It is a very nice facility, clean, well kept and well run and everything is way above good. They have activities to do every day and they put the schedule up for the month. They got 5 stars on every category on the state inspection.
