I don't have any complaints about anything. The amenities and everything that we need at Affinity at Loveland has been answered satisfactorily. It seems like they have a program for just about anything somebody wants to do. We don't want to do some of the programs, so we don’t do them. We have a real fun time with everything else.

Affinity at Loveland was a great place. It had tons of amenities. It had a theater, a pool, and a library. It had everything you could ask for. The upkeep was very good. The staff was very, very friendly and very helpful.

I had a fabulous tour of Affinity at Loveland. I kind of wish they had a golf cart because I have trouble walking. They have multiple stories in their building, but they have an elevator. Some of the amenities were on the second and third floor, which is fine because they have an elevator. They're pet-friendly. They have a garden area, a nice dog park, and a salt-water pool with a hot tub. If I wasn't staying in Colorado, that's where I would be going. Of all the places that I had looked at, either online or in-person, that would be the number one favorite of all the places that I've looked at. The marketing director was very friendly and very helpful. She looked for every possible discount that she could give me, but it was a little too expensive and it's not in Nevada, it's in Colorado. The biggest reason why I'm leaving Colorado is because of the weather. They had too much snow this year, otherwise, that would be the place where I'd go. They had 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. They had a stackable washer-dryer in the unit. They don't offer meals because it's independent living. They have a garage. When one is available, you could rent a garage, which would have been ideal. Whatever stuff I didn't want to put in the apartment, I could put them in the garage at home. The residents that I interacted with were extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy where they're living. Some of them have been there for five or six years, and they like the place. They have a theater room, a billiard table, a dartboard in the pub, a craft room, workshop like saws and drills for woodworking projects, and an exercise room. They have an internet café with Wifi. The pub has beverages available in the honest system. There are all kinds of beverages, include adult beverages. It's just nice. Everything that I would want to do, they have it.

We didn't see a lot of people at Affinity at Loveland, but I loved their windows in every room. They were so big and facing the mountains, so it was lovely and very nice. It was very light and airy, and there were walking paths. The people also seemed to have pets with them, and the place had a homey feeling.
