I like the design of AltaVita Assisted Living. It was new and very up-to-date. The rooms were extremely clean. The floor plans were well thought out. I liked that the size of the bathrooms was really large, so you could have nice movement in there. And I thought they did a good job with their mini kitchenette layout. It didn't feel as small as some of the others. I like that they have ambassadors who are clients of the program. I also that they have the clients evaluate their activities quarterly, and then amend those activities based on what the clients said they liked or didn't like about the activity. From the time I went to visit in November to the beginning of the year, their prices had gone up around $1000. It is fancy, nice, and new, but you're paying top dollar for that. The staff was very knowledgeable and very relationship-focused. We felt very welcome. All of our questions were answered. There was no dumb question. And she was very personable.

I looked at AltaVita Assisted Living. I really liked that place. The lady spent over an hour with me, so I was really impressed. I liked the facility itself. I liked how clean it was, I liked what they offered, and I was just really impressed by that one. If it was for me, that's the one I would choose. However, my mom is 94 now, and she is not into social things as much, so it just wouldn't be a good fit for her because it was big. I think she would get very confused. It was not a good fit for her personally. The staff was wonderful, very kind, and caring. They really give a lot of options to the people that live there, and they have a lot to do. It's very clean and very friendly. I really enjoy that place. They give massages, pedicures, and manicures, and that just stands out to me.

They had very nice people at AltaVita Assisted Living. The care was very good. It was very clean and attractive, and there were a lot of activities. It's a very nice place. Everything was very well maintained, and the grounds have been manicured and maintained. They had vegetable and flower gardens. They had a limousine that took people out wherever they wanted to go, a movie theater, and a little ice cream parlor. It was very modern and a little bit expensive, but worth it because it was so new and they had a lot of medical staff available if needed.

AltaVita assisted Living was wonderful. The rooms were clean and very inviting. I really liked it a lot. They were doing happy hour with wine, which my mother will like. The staff was professional, engaging, and kind. Everything was top of the line, nothing had to be explained away, and it was perfect in every way. The only bad thing was the price.

AltaVita is nice and brand-new, and there were only a few residents. It's just that it doesn't seem dog-friendly because they only have a tiny space and there's not even a courtyard space for the dogs to exercise. The apartments were nice and new. We have eaten in the memory unit next door, and the food was kind of hit or miss. The staff who accommodated us was very good, very knowledgeable, and helpful. They have very good activities in their activity room. The price is pretty expensive.
