I'm currently at Affinity at Fort Collins. They have senior living, which is 55 and older. I would recommend it. The people here are very, very nice. We have happy hour on Saturday, and on Thursday, it's by the company. We have a theater that is very, very good, we have a saltwater pool, and now they have pickleball. We have saunas and an exercise room. It's everything that you can think about in a five-star hotel. Food is not included and that's what I like because I like to cook. They have full kitchens. The staff is caring. The facilities are very good. The value for money is fine. It's okay because I have asked around, and the ones that are independent living and everything are higher than what I'm paying. The other day, they came and cleaned my carpets. The maintenance man is over here all the time, and you just have to put a work order and that's it.

Affinity at Fort Collins seemed nicer, a little bit larger, livelier, and more active because they're a bit younger than the other community. No meals are provided. The activity rooms, movie theater, outdoor things like pickleball, and garden were nice. My dad would consider it. The staff who accommodated us were very engaging and pleasant. We looked at a one-bedroom, and they have a full kitchen in them because no meals are provided. There is a washer and dryer in each room. They are a little bit larger than the other place I've seen.

I like the amenities that Affinity at Fort Collins has. They had a pool, a rather neat woodworking shop, they had a movie theater and a library. It was a nice facility and it's very clean. It looked pretty new. They don't offer meals, it was just apartments.

I am staying at the Affinity at Fort Collins and I am enjoying it. All the people are real friendly. They've got tons of amenities that you can use. But with COVID recently, unfortunately I haven't had the chance to use them yet. I do my own food. I have my apartment. So far they've been very pleasant and helpful. I have a little two-bedroom apartment with a bath and a half, a really small kitchen, and living room on one room. The building though is kept very well.

I'm going to move into Affinity at Fort Collins. We chose it because of its good price and nice people. They have a really nice swimming pool and a full kitchen. I rented a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a garage for a little over $2,000 a month. They have a very nice staff.

Affinity at Fort Collins was beautiful, brand new, and bright. They have a craft room, a hot tub, a swimming pool, a wood shop, a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, a little pub, a theater, a computer room, and a library. The staff was very helpful, and very gung ho, but not pushy.
