My wife has moved into Villagio of Broomfield. I like the professionalism of the staff and the compassion shown by the staff. They're all friendly and nice. They keep it as clean as one can under the circumstances. They have musical concerts, games, kickball, pick the balloon ball, and stuff like that. It's worth it. It's nice to have somebody care for my wife who is professional and available 24/7.

My mom has already moved into Villagio of Broomfield. It's very nice that's why I chose it. I think the level of care is very good, and the facility is very nice, new, and modern. The staff was very friendly. I think that the value for money is fair.

We did not like the Villagio of Broomfield at all. It seemed to be barren and completely void of anything that would be of interest, including art on the wall. It looked very disorganized. I asked to see the beauty room, and there were boxes everywhere. There was fingernail polish out in the craft room. The craft room looked incredibly messed up and didn't look like it had any crafts in it. It was very clear that there hadn't been a craft performed or offered in there for a long time. It looked like the craft room was used as just an extra room. There was no one in any of the public rooms. They were all empty. We saw people in their rooms sitting straight in front of their televisions. We saw people dining. It was almost exclusively women. There was only one man, and they had deteriorated to a very bad stage. The staff looked incredibly caring though. A woman was being wheeled down the hall to go get her hair done and she was drooling. They said, "Hi, beautiful" to the woman, and they went over and got a tissue and dabbed her mouth. She said, "Well, off to make you beautiful," and they wheeled her off to the beauty salon; but again, it was full of boxes. There was no decor to it. There were just sinks, and it's just very strange. It looked like they had just moved in 18 months ago and were getting ready to start decorating. It was bland. I did not like The Villagio at all. They need to improve everything. They're using Covid as an excuse. They made it look like Covid just allowed movement in the universe. It was just very depressing. I had very little experience with the staff. They were nice to the woman who was going through, but clearly there's nobody cleaning or organizing.

Truly outstanding staff!! My wife and I were looking for memory care for our neighbor. She is a wonderful woman who has cared for others most of her life. We wanted to make sure she would be well cared for. Prior to moving our neighbor in, the facility had a water pipe freeze that damaged part of the facility. Even while trying to deal with this disaster, the staff found a way to get her placed in the memory care wing of their facility and remained late into the night to ensure she was able to settle into her new environment. They have gone out of their way to make sure we could get our neighbor her belongings, allow her to communicate with us, and enable us to continue to provide care for our neighbor all while following state and CDC guidelines for dealing with COVID-19. They even helped get her vaccinated. Activities are a bit limited because of COVID, but should pick up when restrictions are lifted. If you are looking for a comfortable, caring facility, I would highly recommend you end your search with The Villagio!!

My husband was in short term respite care at The Villagio- Broomfield. Marlene went out of her way to make a house call to do an evaluation which expedited the admissions process. Responses to calls were quick, reports on his daily activities were detailed and all the staff were friendly and helpful. His room was modern, bright and very accommodating. Respite care prices are very reasonable.

Of all the places on our list, Villagio of Broomfield seems to be the nicest. It's all on one level which we like, and since it's secure there's a lot of freedom for the residents to enjoy the area. The staff has been wonderful. My mother's got a private room, it has a bedroom and a living room. They also have a variety of rooms for different care levels. They have activities for the residents and she participates in about half of them. They've got music events where people come in to play piano and other instruments, the residents would listen or join in with different instruments. There's arts and crafts, bingo, movie nights, they take the residents outside on the courtyard for a picnic, they also have wine tasting and lots of events. The food is fine, some meals are better than the others.

Our overall experience in moving my husband to Villagio of Broomfield so far has been wonderful. The staff interacts with me, with my husband, and with all of the residents. The staff does an excellent job and the CNAs are outstanding. His accommodation is very roomy, spacious and bright. He also eats all their food and seems to eat everything okay. Their dining area is clean and the staff is quite attentive to the residents' needs. When anybody drops their silverware, if anyone needs help feeding they're willing to do that, or when they need a refill on their drinks the staff would come over and see that. They were able to accommodate my husband and give him better care than his previous community.

My Mom has been a resident at Villagio for 2 years now & we have been very happy with all aspects of her care. The staff is super friendly, caring & helpful; going out of their way to meet Mom’s needs. The food is excellent (really!) & I love that each apartment has its own laundry. The beautiful decor, lots of natural light & wide hallways are a huge plus. The daily activities are engaging, appropriate for memory-impaired patients & lots of fun. Mom feels loved & safe at Villagio!

My family member has been at the Villagio in Broomfield for 18 months. Even though there has been a lot of turnover in staff during that time, things have begun to stabilize and I'm very pleased with the current caregivers and administrative staff. The director has an open door policy which is very helpful. Everyone truly cares about the residents and the facility. The activities for the residents continue to improve with lots of music and activities that include movement and brain stimulation. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. My family member's room is just the right size (there are options) and she has her bird feeder right outside her window. I really like that personal laundry is done in each resident's room. I feel welcomed every time I visit and my family member is treated with love and care. I really like that the Villagio is relatively small and everyone knows each other. That was important to us. We are very lucky to have this facility in Broomfield.

A+! We moved my mother-in-law into the Broomfield Villagio‘s Snowmass wing this past year. The move from her previous assisted living center was needed due to her advancing memory needs. The staff has been wonderful since day one being knowledgeable, communicative and caring. Just as important is my mother-in-law has not been happier in years. She rarely left her room at the last center and is now taking part in community activities and making new friends. The facility and her room are always immaculately clean. Each residence has its own laundry. No more labeling clothes or loosing things. You must use a keypad to unlock the front doors both coming and leaving. Each wing also has a keypad to enter and leave at night. It is also very convenient having the doctors, dentists and hairdressers making house calls. Moving a loved one to a new place is always a tough choice with many considerations, but mainly for their health and safety. I feel we made the right choice in the Broomfield Villagio. Thank you Carisa and the entire staff for the care you have giving my mother-in-law!
