The staff are for the most part courteous, professional, and hardworking. The care has its ups and downs although this place literally saved my life about 4 months ago. The food is mostly good (3 meals a day).

My Mother in Law stayed at Sable Care a while ago. We were notified in May that she had over paid for her stay. We called and were informed that a refund would be issued very shortly. So far, about 5 dates, that they gave for receiving this refund have come and gone. The Office refuses now to return our calls. Yesterday I drove to the Center to talk with them face to face, because if you can not get them to call you, you can not make an appointment. So I arrived about 11 AM and was informed the person I need to talk with was on the phone with the State and the calls normally last 60 to 90 minutes and started about 10 AM. So, I sat down to wait and the person was notified that I was waiting in the lobby. I was told just before 1 PM that the person I was waiting for had left the building through another door and had gone to lunch. She arrived back and contacted me just after 1 PM and offered no excuses or apologies. I was told that after two months of waiting nothing has been done on the refund. They needed to make up a New Vender Account for us and that will take at least another 30 days if not longer. We have been lied to, ignored, and discarded to the side and this is due to them owing us money. I would hate to see how they treat their clients who owe them money, or how they treat their clients on a day to day bases. Now I understand why my Mother in Law wanted us to find her a new place to live.

My mom fell and broke her ankle. The hospital sent her to Saber Center for rehab. During her stay there, this nursing home neglected her. Her ankle got infected and she had to have two surgeries.

I had been in Sable Care Center several times for rehab, whenever I came from the hospital. It was a very nice and clean place. The food was very good and the nursing staff was very nice.
