My father has moved into North San Antonio Senior Care II. We chose it because it's small, they're reasonably staffed, and it looked like a good place. The staff was very good and worked hard. The food was OK. It looks like a normal home in a nice neighborhood. They have five residents. They take good care of their people.

North San Antonio Senior Care is close to where I live. It's the place where I'm waiting for a vacancy. I like the ratio of patients to caregivers. It is very low. There are only eight people who live in the house and there are two caregivers on site at all times. The place is clean. The people are friendly. The room is basic but fine. It has a hospital bed, a TV set, and a chest of drawers. You are allowed to bring in our own furniture items from home. They have several activities. They get the residents out of bed everyday and get them into the family room. They have a separate dining room. They do board games, they go outside, and the patients that are able to can participate in gardening and cut flowers.
