My husband is in Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. We were asked not to come into the facility for the first week to get him acclimated. I took the tour, but I haven't actually gone inside for any length of time at all. I know they're very helpful, polite, and awesome. When he got there, the first thing he did was get up and go find the source of the smell of the food. He walked down the aisle and right into the cafeteria and started eating a whole pumpkin. They gave him some yogurt and some fruit and took care of him. As far as he was concerned, it was great. As long as he gets food, he is happy. He will have a shared room with one other person. Right now, he is alone. The building is immaculately clean. Everyone's smiling and happy. The grounds are nice. He has been outside in the courtyard, and it's gated. He has spent some time out there in the sun, and he enjoys that. They have activities planned every hour of the day. They're not forced to do it, but they're encouraged to. They have group meetings trying to work on the memory and just going over things from the past. They have indoor bowling with water bottles and a whiffle ball. They have gardening, a bunch of different things, and they have a built-in gym right there, which is beautiful and has all sorts of machinery. They have a hairdresser and a podiatrist that come in and a doctor that's there once a week. The staff is very nice. I looked at a whole week's worth of menus and there wasn't one thing my husband doesn't like. I've only seen one floor of it.

I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. The gal who walked me through is very knowledgeable, very kind, and bright. She was a young lady. She knew the residents. She knew them by name. She took the time. She made sure that they were comfortable. People were everywhere. They have a resident dog. People were singing. A gentleman was looking for food in the kitchen and she helped him out to get some melon. It was nice. The only reason that I did not go there is I would have liked to have been a little bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on there. Their care, their true caring, not just a job. They follow up on everything about them. Hindsight probably should have been there. They had arts and crafts going on. They had everything going on. That is a true facility that puts things in place for quality of life.

I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula for my dad. Just based on the tour, the community seemed very accepting, very open, and very compassionate. They seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents, both in assisted care and in the memory care. The staff was very welcoming when I first arrived there. They were very, very knowledgeable about disease processes, and how to manage the residents when they have their memory issues, forgetfulness, and possibly behavioral issues based on their situation. I felt very comfortable. The facility looked very clean and inviting. They had a lot of activities which would help incorporate all of the residents. I was very pleased, very happy, and very comfortable when I stepped into the community. I would describe the rooms as comfortable. They weren't too small, but not too big. They were just enough clean. They were homey with a lot of natural light. It felt comfortable, like a normal room that somebody would be comfortable to lay and sleep in. In the memory care, it was very family oriented. The dining area was very open and comfortable. They sat as a family. I walked through during their lunch time and the smells were very inviting. I think it was very clean. The person that toured us around was amazing. I believe he was the director.

I can't say anything bad about Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. It was closer to my home, and it was welcoming. It looked very comfortable to sit around the entry, the lobby was wonderful, and I liked the restaurant. My mother can walk down and get any kind of food, any time of day, even in the middle of the night. The staff was wonderful and I couldn't ask for anything better.

I really like Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. I'm on a waiting list there. It's very pretty, and everybody's trying to get in there. It came highly recommended. I visited both their assisted living and memory care. Everybody seemed really happy, were up and walking, and were cheerful. The staff member was vivacious, vibrant, informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They only had a studio to show me, and it was nice. The dining area looked like a cafe, and it was really nice.

My mother has moved into Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. Our experience with it is very positive. My mother's accommodation is clean, it smells nice, and it has a nice view. She really likes the food, too, and she is making friends. There is a lawn bowling area and barbeque outside. They have a dining room that seats 12 that if you want to have family come over. They have a dog that lives on campus, and he is really sweet. It is pretty cool. They're very good. It is a good value. This community is nicer and not as expensive.

We like Vineyard Ranch at Temecula very much. When I first walked to it, it was very warm and appealing. But when I walked into it a couple of times, there was a bad smell and it turned us off. The staff who accommodated us there was very friendly and helpful. I've observed some of the meals they have, it looked very good and the dining area was nice and clean. I haven't observed many activities though. But they have everything in terms of facilities and amenities. We were going for this community first but we saw the rooms, and my stepmother wanted a view from her room that's why we picked another place instead. This community looks very clean, there was just a smell.

Vineyard Ranch at Temecula was the best one we visited. It's an attractive, comfortable place. It seems like there were a lot of services and activities that come with your stay. The staff worked very hard with me and were very responsive. The rooms were tastefully and intelligently done. They have a choir that my friend participates in. They get together on Sundays to watch football and they had a magnificent pre-Thanksgiving dinner. It's very well done. You could tell that they really care about the guests. The food is excellent and it has exceeded her expectations. It's not the fanciest, but it's the best. I love the staff. They are very kind to her. They put a lot of thought and compassion into what they do. I like that the meals are restaurant style. Her room is wonderful. The only complaint I would have is that it's far away from the elevator.

Everything at Vineyard Ranch at Temecula was very favorable. It looked like great place, and everything was clean and neat. People were very friendly. The thing that kept us from really thinking about them was that they don't have a variety of food on their menu, and that was an important thing for my dad. The rooms were a little smaller than what my dad would like, but they were great. They have a little theater and a variety of places to do pretty much whatever they want to do.

We visited the Vineyard Ranch at Temecula, and it was excellent and brand new. The rooms were excellent, and nobody has lived there yet. The staff was very accommodating. They're very expensive.

The residents in Vineyard Ranch seemed happy, and the staff was really nice. However, for the amount that they're asking, the rooms were very tiny and there weren't really a lot of amenities.
