I have lived in Fountain Glen at Temecula for two years now. I live in an apartment, and it is very nice. I cook my own food, and I have my own dining area. We have a weight room, a workout room, a swimming pool, and a spa.

Although the apartment is liveable, the cleanliness of the common area is deplorable and the management team is non-responsive. When told that some of the outside doors were not working, they suggested that you just needed to jiggle the key. But, were not concerned when package's were left outside by delivery personnel (package contained medical items. I AM READY TO MOVE FOR MY HEALTH.

I selected Fountain Glen for myself. I liked the looks of it, the layout and everything. It's nice and clean, and the location was good. It worked out very well for me. They had a lot of amenities. I liked the place. It's an apartment, and they don't feed you or anything. It's strictly independent. It's in a city, so there are all kinds of places around. The staff during the tour was informative and very helpful.

Fountain Glen Temecula Ca is located in a thriving shopping area and is convenient to the highway. The complex has some recently renovated apartments that have all new flooring, carpeting, kitchen appliances, electrical and wall treatments. The prices are fairly affordable. The one star rating is due to the property manager Heather who is rude, surly and extremely unhelpful to the residents in every manner. This apartment complex is good for the 80 year old plus residents only. Do not waste your time looking here otherwise.

I have been living at this complex for 8 years. It was not great but acceptable until 2006,when new management began. This place has a new manager about every 1 or 2 years, and all are different and do different thing to make your living residency miserable..They have done things like patio checks,to certain tenants, not all, which is unlawful. My rent is raised every year since 2006 in the amount of $80+increased sewage and water fees, also you are required to have insurance. We were told by the manager, the rent will continue to be increased, you can go or stay.We.. I have to decided to move, and not sign another lease.I cannot afford anymore of their increases. Also I requested a repair be done, and it had not be done,in a reasonable amount of time,so I asked why?and was told it was not a priority. So,I politely called Fair Housing, then was their first priority. My dishwasher has not been working properly for about 3 years, and they refuse to replace it.I was told to put vinegar and buy some products.to attempt to correct the problem.I have had to resort to washing dishes by hand. The tenants were recently sent a memo stating that the apartments had to be inspected.Well I was not home,so they entered, and the hot water heater is on the patio. These people that did the inspection were accommodated by one of the maintenance men. These people turn over my flower pots and dirt was spread over my patio. My patio door was left open.Anyone could have entered my place. This was totally unacceptable.
