Hoen's Care Home is located 50 miles outside of San Francisco in Santa Rosa, CA. Hoen's Care Home is a small residential care community offering assisted living for up to six residents. Its staff is on hand to assist seniors with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming and toileting. Home-cooked meals are prepared daily and special dietary needs are catered for upon request for those residents with high blood pressure, diabetes and other medical conditions.
