I placed my stepmom at The Terraces Memory Care 3 1/2 years ago. Every time I've seen her, she is smiling, joking with the staff, and says that she's "perfect". The unit is always clean, the staff are always welcoming. The celebrations are planned to give people occasions of elegance and enjoyment. Since we were there, there have been two major fires and a pandemic. Our loved ones have been kept safe, and we have been kept updated. I cannot highly enough recommend The Terraces.

The Terraces was similar to the other place, the staff was great, and her follow-up was very good. The food is prepared by an attached country club, so it's very high-end. The dining area was clean and organized.

The Terraces is a beautiful, serene and highly compassionate community. I was received and welcomed as I toured the facility for my family member. The staff is professional, attentive and delivers personalized attention to both the resident and their families. I would recommend The Terraces to any family considering memory care for their treasured family member(s).

The Terraces was very nice. We took a quick tour. Everything was really clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive to all the patients and seemed occupied with things. It was immaculate. The residents seemed content.

The Terraces is a very nice place. The only drawback there is that the only area for residents to go outside is very small, and it’s also the area where the residents would be smoking; so, it’s not sufficient. I thought everything else was great. If they could expand the outside area; that would be great. I think they’re a little limited in that because of their location.

We were at The Terraces for a function, and it was a lovely community, but it's way out of my mother's price range. We were in the community areas, and they had new grounds. The meeting room was very well appointed. The lobby and the gathering areas were very nice. However, it's not a fit for our situation since she needs more care than what we envisioned they offered at that property. She has mild Alzheimer's, and she can still do things independently, but needs direction.

I was looking at the memory care part of the Terraces, and it was a little small, but they were all really nice, and everything was clean, there were no smells, and they were just a little expensive for me, but they were quite nice and quite helpful.

My mom has been in The Terraces, and it’s a nice place; it’s perfect. She’s got a single room for one person, and it has its own bathroom and shower. They take them out for rides, arts and crafts, and people coming in doing different things. The food doesn’t taste very good, but it is food for seniors. Their staff is great, they’re very loving, and it seems like they have plenty of people there to handle the 30 people that live there. I’m pretty happy with them. It is run very well and very professionally. They give my mom love, and she has turned completely around. I like the staff they have. I am very happy.
