My dad is at Town & Country Manor. It's great. It's very clean. It's a big place, but it's easy to get around. There are dining rooms, and the staff is really friendly. They have a brand new memory care facility there, so that's nice. The staff members were great, super friendly, and very helpful. When he calls and gets someone to help him with whatever he needs, they're very responsive. He said the food was good. It was better than he expected. There are all kinds of activities. There are movies, and meet and greets, sometimes they have musicians come in, there are games and puzzles, there is an activity room where people can go, and they can congregate and hang out together. Any assisted living is ridiculously expensive, but Town & Country Manor was fair.

Town & Country looks like it's new and clean. They have a lot of activities for people there. My interaction with some of the nurses was very good. The apartments looked nice. They are semi-private, which is basically two people sharing a bathroom. They have private ones and they have bigger ones, too. They have a common large room where they watch TV. They have an activities room, and there's a kitchen where they can do cooking activities or learn how to do cooking activities. They have gardens and fountains as well.

I toured Town & Country Manor. I liked the location. It's central to what I'm familiar with. I liked the month-to-month payment plan. It's clean, well-kept, well-maintained, and very light. I liked the friendliness. They have transportation and three meals a day. They have a salon, exercise room, and meeting rooms. The staff was very professional. The dining experience was fine. It was not elegant. They're flexible in their timing in serving the food. The dining area was very pleasant. The facility was beautiful.

I had an in-person tour of Town & Country Manor. I liked their nice green courtyard and putting green. The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered questions. The facility was clean, light, and had nice artwork. They had a full calendar of activities, game rooms, and two dining areas.

I was able to tour Town & Country Manor. Their food menu looked very good and they have a varied menu. They had a very nice patio area where the guests can go outside, and I liked that area. The rest of the amenities were basic, they had the beauty salon, a library, and an activities room. It was all very nice. Everyone that I talked to seemed very nice and the people there greeted me. Everyone was very nice.

We visited Town & Country Manor and it was a wonderful place. We really enjoyed the visit and it is one that we would consider. They did a good job. I like the layout and the procedures. It is very, very nice. They're building other units there, so it is going to be a nice place when it is all finished in the future. They showed the dining room, sitting area, the library, and different other areas. It is also well-run.

We found Town & Country Manor for my mother. She's moving within two weeks. It was absolutely the best of the ones I looked at; it was spacious, they have 24/7 nursing care, they're putting in a memory facility, the cost was very reasonable, and it was topnotch. We were able to talk with the residents, they really enjoyed living there. The only shortcoming is the visitation for the people on the outside is very restricted, but that's the Covid condition. It's very nice, very clean, up to date, but it's in the city.

I was greeted well at Town & Country Manor. I had a nice tour, I liked the facility, there were various rooms and amenities, and it's clean. I liked the dining setup; they're accommodating. The residents got to decorate outside their doors, so it was homey. My only down thing was the way it's laid out. They had an elevator and there were more hallways, but it's not institutional. It felt more like a nice hotel. The staff during the tour was great.

Ive been to Town & Country Manor. Its very upper class, they have rehab there, which Ive been in, and its a very large facility. They have a lot of beautiful dining rooms and food, and its one of the better facilities. I just went into the independent living at that time. Theyre adequate and theres room for a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and large closets. A lot of the apartments open into a really large yard.

Town & Country Manor is awesome. We didnt make an appointment since we wanted to go independently, but they were great and very professional. We talked to some of the tenants. They were awesome and they said they love it there. It's just going to be a little bit out of our price range since they rais the rent about two to five percent every year. Still, it's a beautiful facility. The rooms were great; some were studios and 1-bedrooms. It seemed that every place had a decent type of view. The people looked like they had very good camaraderie with each other. They have movies, arts and crafts, a sewing and crochet circle, and a mini-store right there. It's one of those places that you walk into that doesnt smell.

I still can not believe that I am here for more than a year already! Well, it seems only just yesterday that I moved in here, and was being accompanied to dining room for my first few meals, and being introduced to other residents. And was escorted to get me familiarized with my souroundings by a Resident Ambassador ! There's chapels in the morning, exercise classes, game nights, movie nights, bingo nights, weekly shopping trips to the mall, monthly birthday celebrations....various day trips such as Whale Watching, museum, Aquarium, Beaches, Roger's Garden....no wonder time flies by so quickly! Oh, did I mention about the food? Well, we are literally dining at a five-star restaurant! And on Sunday luncheons, we often indulge ourselves with prime rib, turkey with all the trimmings, honey baked smoked ham.... and topped it off with a sinfully rich piece of tiramisu! Ah, such is life at the Town and Country Manor!!

Town & Country Manor was a beautiful, wonderful community. It had very good people managing it. The food was marvelous, and the staff seemed very nice. They had lots of activities, like bingo, golf putting, and church service. The dining area was welcoming and lovely.

Town & Country was very large. I did not care for the rooms, and they did not allow for a scooter. The studios were small. I wanted a one-bedroom unit and could not afford it. There were amenities, and they were going to be putting in a pool.

Town and Country Manor seemed old and does not offer very many amenities, but the dining room was very nice. I like the fact that they are a continuing care facility so that people who need more care can stay there for their particular needs. The people were friendly. There was no entry fee, and their pricing is much more reasonable than the others I visited. But it just seems a little different from what I’m looking for.

I visit Town & Country Manor several times because my girlfriend is staying there for five years now, and I go to visit her often. She has two rooms -- one bedroom and one living room. They have meals there, and the food is very good. It is a buffet, and I personally liked the buffet because I eat as much as I want to. They do not have a pool, but they are reconsidering it because they have a reflection pool on the yard, and it is pretty. They are considering it to redoing it and making it a swimming pool. It is a very nice place. They have independent living and assisted living there.

My mother is at Town and Country Manor. We picked them because they had all levels of care. She’s only been there four or five weeks; so far everything is OK. I like the different levels and they also have a health facility right there so if she gets sick, they just move her down there instead of putting her in a hospital. She says the food is OK. They have small portions. They offer several activities but she is not able at the moment to do anything. Since she’s in assisted living, I would like them to do more for her. my sister and I still do a lot.

Thank you for your review! We would love to turn 4 stars into 5 and make your family's experience at Town and Country Manor a very positive one. Our Director of Assisted Living Stephanie Jukic would be happy to meet with you to talk about what we can do to improve your mother's care and get her more involved in activities. There is certainly an adjustment period as we get to know your mother and, likewise, as she becomes more comfortable in a new environment. Again, we appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to have your mother at our community!

A relative is moving to Town & Country Manor next Wednesday. It's a very nice facility with a lot of greenery around. They've been very helpful with getting the paperwork in moving in. The rooms were very nice, and whenever one becomes available, it's painted, new rugs are put in, and the kitchen is updated. They work really hard on it. The people have all been very nice. We had lunch there, but it was later in the day, so it wasn't the best. It was almost closing time by the time we got finished looking at the grounds, but the menu had a lot of variety to it. The price and everything else was pretty good, and hopefully, it will stay. It is reasonable, and it's several hundred dollars cheaper a month than the other ones that we were looking at. I already have recommended them. It's convenient to get to right off of the freeway.

I checked out Town and Country Manor. It was very nice, but my husband was a people person, and there seemed to be more activity where he's at. I felt like it was a bigger facility, and when I walked in, it looked like a lot of the people there were isolated. They had individual rooms and knowing my husband, he would like somebody to talk to; that's why I selected a room with 2 other men for him. I didn't want to move him just because it was going to be closer to our home for my convenience. It was beautiful and immaculate. It was around Christmastime, so it was well decorated, and everybody that lived there seemed to be very happy. Their formal dining room was elegant. However, I just didn't feel like it was the right move for my husband.

The staff of Town & Country Manor was great. The tour guide I met was really good. My brother and I each got a free lunch, and the food was very good. The dining area has a piano, and I think somebody plays it once in a while -- probably in the evenings. It was very nicely set up, and it is a Christian facility. They have a library and a fitness room.

My mom was at Town and Country Manor. I chose it because a couple of friends highly recommended it. I was very impressed. The nursing care was good. The doctors were good. The facilities were clean. The food was good. The common dining room was good too. They had a lot of activities there, but my mom couldn't participate in them, she was still recovering. The staff was very friendly and very ethical. The thing that stood out to me was the quality of the care. Regarding accommodations, I wouldn't say their rooms were spacious, but they were clean.

We visited Town and Country. The staff was nice. They had things going on but they're not as nearly as many as I would like. Also I didn't think they were as accommodating. I didn't like the fact that with every thing, they want a nickel and dime for. I didn't like the way the place was decorated and I didn't like the size of the rooms.

I chose Town & Country Manor because of the weather. The food is wonderful. We have a lot of choices. They really do a good job on the food. I like the attitude of the CEO. One of the residents was complaining that she needed more care and the CEO said that that's what they're here for to take care of people. I thought that it's a great attitude and they are taking care of people. They reach out and care for us. I have a two-room apartment and I'm very comfortable. We have a lot of amenities here. We have a lot of activities and places to go. They really try to administer to the people and keep them healthy and keep them happy.

My children were urging me to go to a retirement and I wasn't too happy with the idea. We selected 4 or 5 retirement homes in the area and visited them all. We decided that Town & Country Manor has more benefits than the others did. To be honest I was not accepting too much about the place. I had a negative view of the whole retirement concept. When I moved in, I couldn't have been more surprised. Everything was a plus. Everything was better than I expected. The administration staff was confident. The staff who helps us was outstanding. Their attitude is just beyond belief. Food is wonderful and I'm taking too much of it.

My mom stayed at Town and Country Manor temporarily. It's close to my home. The facility is clean. They have assisted living, independent living and nursing home. I was happy because they had activities. The food was good and adequate. They have a nutritionist who handled the diet in line with the medicines the doctor gave. The staff is very good. They clean the rooms every day, give her shower, cut her nails and help her go to the bathroom. It's also a Christian place.

I had been visiting Town & Country Manor years ago. I found friends who have been very happy and well cared for here. I had imagined a life free from monotonous details such as shopping and preparing meals. I found here that meal time is very delightful with the opportunity to find and make new friends. I enjoyed the opportunities of daily programs filled with well-planned activities as well as outings. Another thing that is very attractive here is the place itself. It's well-maintained with manicured lawns and seasonal flowers. We have a gracious staff and workers. It's really unbelievable how cheerful they took care of us. They try to help us with our spiritual and physical needs. I know I made the right choice in moving here.

I found Town & Country Manor when I helped a friend looked for a place to live years ago. At that time, I was not ready yet. We toured the place and I found out to be very well ran. I like the premises and the surroundings. They have a good parking place for whoever who wants to come and visit. I also like the rooms. I am already a resident now of Town & Country Manor. One of the reasons I chose this place because it's close to everything. It's close to my doctor, my dentist and the mall too. It's just so convenient. We have a lot of activities here as well. The staff here is very caring and accommodating. The food is excellent; it's very tasty and well-balanced. I eat only twice a day because I don't eat breakfast at all. All in all, I really find this place quite good. I'm really happy that I moved here.

I had two friends who were living here at Town & Country Manor and I had visited them several times. I was really impressed with the care they got, the rooms they had and the kindness of everybody around here. When it was time for me to move out of my two story home, my daughter came over here with me and looked at the place. We both agreed that this is the place for me to be. I have a living room, bedroom, small kitchen and a large patio. This is a really comfortable and friendly place for me to be. The staff is wonderful. They just help you with anything. If you have a request to make, they will take care of that. If you need to go somewhere, they take you in a car. We have a car that takes us to doctors and shopping. The men and the women that work in the kitchen are great. The food here is good. There are few meals that I prefer than others. We have a big choice of food. I just don't know where else I want to go apart from Town & Country Manor.

The staff here at Town & Country Manor is great. They help with the laundry and housekeeping. Everyone that works here is just wonderful. The residents are really friendly. We have nice outings. We go to restaurants and parks like day trips for 4 or 5 hours. We went down to Seaport San Diego a couple of weeks ago and that was an exciting adventure. We never starve here. We have so much food. It's unbelievable! You will never have a problem with food and medical.

The staff seem to put meeting the residents' expectations as a big priority, as I frequently saw staff members running about trying to answer the calls of the residents. In turn, the several residents I saw on my visit seemed relatively happy with their surroundings. The few I talked to recounted stories of their enjoyable experience at the facility. On a more negative note, the facility itself didn't look so clean. There were paint chippings off of a few walls, and there was a stale smell to some of the buildings. I've also done some research and found that compared to other nearby locations, the sickness rate is relatively high, with stomach related diseases of particular significance. That being said, the residents I saw all seemed to be in healthy condition. They had counselors on-site to help with any problems that arise in the facility. All in all, this is a place that I can recommend to others.

Since we would be in the area checking out another facility, we made it a point to visit Town & Country Manor in the same region. Our aunt has a lot of friends and family near the area so it is a favorite of ours. It is important to us that our aunt really enjoy her later years and we feel she can do that best in somewhat familiar surroundings. We liked that they prepare care plans around what each person needs and that they are flexible enough to change the level of care as becomes necessary. The staff was very friendly and we could see that the residents are all happy there. The common areas were nicely decorated and home-like. There were many places for residents to enjoy a variety of activities, from games to reading and seeing films. Some of the residents participate in the community gardens and educational programs. The grounds were well tended and we could see that there is plenty of room for residents to spread out and enjoy activities with friends and family, such as picnics, or enjoy the many seating areas however they wish. The dining areas were warm and friendly. We were able to try some of the snacks which were all delicious. The staff takes the time to offer foods that look appetizing. We enjoyed our visit at this facility and would recommend that people in the area who are looking for a good home for an elderly person check it out.
