We went here. I would give them high marks across the board. They're clean, caring, they had a good menu, super friendly staff, and they were very helpful during COVID. My father-in-law was there. He was there for only five months, but it was during COVID. He was in a one-bedroom apartment.

It’s hell. The food is garbage and the staff are downright awful. I’m 91, I’ve been in 3 assisted living facilities and this was by far the worst. Sometimes they serve you raw meat and one time I complained and saw my food came back with spit on it. The staff do nothing to please you all they are concerned with is that you are still breathing. Any help? Nope you are going to have wait a long time for assistance at ivy park. Don’t let them fool you on the tour this place is awfulllll

It was great, it's one story, and the rooms were really nice. The dining room and living room were attached to each other, and they were doing Bingo when we were there. The lady was very nice to us, explained everything to us, and showed us the different rooms. They were very nice rooms, and some had been redone.

My father was here for 6 days for hospice. It was a very good place. They gave him a lot of dignity, and they were very helpful. It was a large place. Dad was in a private room, and it was spacious.

It was really nice, and our experience was very positive. People were very helpful, and we got to see the dining room. My mother-in-law went with us, and she was all "Ooooh! Nice!" There were nice gardens where you could walk around and sit down. A lot of community activities were going on. There were entertainers coming in and that kind of thing, and that was fun. They were very nice.

We went to and really liked them. It was really pretty. It takes dogs, but you can’t walk out of your room without walking out the front and going through the whole complex to take the dog out, so it doesn't work. The staff was super nice, though. I thought the rooms and facility were OK. They had activities happening.

My parents are here. It is really nice compare to the previous one they have. It is smaller, cozier and the services are much better. The rooms are reasonable.

It was a very friendly facility. It was also clean. Their staff was nice. I think their rooms were just of regular size but they were nice. However, the facility was located a little away from me. Also it didn't seem it would meet my husband's needs, so I passed on them.
