My sister is a resident of St Michael's, and the place is fine. They have activities like knitting, art classes, and things like that. They provide three meals a day and take care of people. The staff seems fine overall.

It seems pretty nice there. Theresidents get along and the staff are very attentive. The residents enjoy walking to the stores and sitting in the patio. The food is fairly good and the place is clean.

This facility is truly one of the most depressing ones in existence. The caregivers do not speak English, and are few and "far between". The individual rooms for residents are dirty, shabby, cramped, and smelly. The residents are not well cared for, and have the appearance of "street people". They are left to wander during the day, as there are no real activities or therapeutic providers available. It is pathetic. Those who live there would probably do better to live on the streets.
