My stepfather is in Endless Care Facility. It's nice and clean. The food looks very good. I see them giving them watermelon and fruits, potato soup, and things. They're taking good care of him there. The ladies are very responsive there, if you call or if I go, they always try to accommodate me because he's new. He's only been in there a few weeks now. They're trying to make him comfortable, so that's a nice thing. They've worked well with administering his medications and a blood lab comes out there for him and they've been very cooperative with all that, making sure all get taken care of and answering the phone calls for dad. Everything just seems well. He seems comfortable there and I'm thankful for that. I like the ladies there. They seem very nice. I think there are four bedrooms there. It's a board and care. When you walk into the home, there are two private rooms right off the hallway. Then you go into the main area where there's a living room, a desk and chairs, and things. They have a large kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is very nice. It was a house converted and there are two men in there that share a room. My stepfather is in a private room. There are two private rooms with a bathroom in between. It's kind of a shared bathroom. Two older ladies are always in the living room and they walk pretty well on a walker. I've seen residents eating dinner at the table. They feed themselves and do everything. Everything seems good. The staff has been cooperative and helpful. It looks clean in there, the bathrooms especially. The kitchen looks very clean. It looks like they could clean up the yard a little better, but I know it's September and we've had over 100-degree weather for months and I think everybody's yards are pretty shabby. I saw residents sitting and one caregiver sat with a couple of ladies out in the living room and they watched TV together and talked. It seemed like they're laughing and enjoying themselves.

I went to the Endless Care Facility. There are only six residents, so it's small. It's fine for what it is, but it didn't suit my needs. I thought it was just too small, and there were no programs. There were just two caretakers, I felt like they didn't have adequate training in memory care. I know there is memory care training and certification and they never heard of that. So I was not impressed. I think they were very nice, the two ladies on staff. I think my brother needed more intensive care, it just wasn't going to work for this.

Endless Care Facility is a really nice place. It's small and not too big, it's clean, and they really take care of the patients. The rooms are very clean, they have large and small rooms. I got the small room for my grandmother. The living atmosphere is very nice, considering other places I've visited it's the best one. She's unable to go and eat, stand or do anything, so they feed her at her bedside. The value for money is fair.

There are not enough words to express how I feel about the staff at this endless care home. I placed my mom at this home after a family friend was there. Sadly our friend passed away, but after I visited Luisa and her staff I knew it was the place for my mom. I was able to visit my mom just about every day as I lived 5 mins away. My mom was always happy, clean and laughing. She had a smile on her face and was joking with the care givers. They were joking with her as well. My moms hair was clean and trimmed. Her nails were polished. I fell in love with the care givers, I could see how they loved my mom. Mom passed away one year ago this May. I was able to sleep in the room with mom 5 days before the end. I will always be grateful to all the care givers and other patients there. God Bless you all. Jan and Bob

My aunt was at Endless Care Facility. It's a house, and they have four clients there. There are two people who own it. They were understaffed, but the owners were very nice. They communicated very well. I did like it there, but what happened was my aunt's husband is a very angry man. He's abusive, and he came to visit her and he caused a lot of problems. He started yelling, and they had to call the police, and he wouldn't pay. It was horrible. I ended up paying them, but they made her leave because of her husband. Because they're married, he is allowed to visit her, which I don't think is fair when he's being abusive to her. They were clean, and the food was wholesome. I think they were very good. I did like them, and I would have kept my aunt there.
