My friend will be moving into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. Pacifica was the best one that we liked. I saw about six different places. I kept going back to this one. It was spacious. It was all on one floor. I was able to get a tour kind of unannounced and I just got a good vibe from it and the people that I've been working with have been responsive. I feel like I lucked out with this location. She will have a studio apartment with hardwood floors. She has her own air-conditioning unit and her own bathroom. It's fairly small, under 400 square feet, but she has a window with a nice view. I'm already starting to send items over for her to get set up in there. I'm happy with that. There were a few different apartment options. The studio was the only one available. I would have possibly considered getting her the one-bedroom, but there was nothing available and time isn't on my side right now. There was almost like a mini apartment for two that had a kitchenette that didn't suit our needs. They also had a memory care bungalow. There are different bungalows according to their needs. I've been working with Jennifer, who's been great. The executive director came to my friend's house two weeks ago to do an assessment and the intake. It was nice to have the executive director come all the way out to see her. It just shows that they care. I did see the menu and it looked pretty good. Then the gal told me that there's a committee and there are people who can kind of vote on the meals that are served and what sounds appetizing.

I went to Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. It was clean. There were several people there who were just having the best conversation and talking, and the people I met there were very nice. I was impressed with the room that my friend would have gotten. But the main thing is that the women sitting there were enjoying themselves like it was their home. They were talking to each other and having a good time, and that's what impressed me most. The staff was very knowledgeable. The facility was set up very nicely and very homey.

I went to Pacifica Senior Living Hemet for my mother. It was not quite as impressive as the other facility that I visited. The other facility's level of care seemed just top of the line. But the rooms and dining area were very good. The staff was also good. The building and the rooms were clean, and stepping inside the facility felt good.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. The staff was friendly and everybody there was nice. Even the residents and those that we ran into had a nice time and had a nice word to say. The room was small and that's something we have to take into consideration but overall we were very happy with our visit. They have a big lawn.

What was nice about Pacifica Senior Living Hemet is that it's very much like normal apartment living. It had that feel of a regular apartment facility. It didn't seem like a senior living place. But for my grandmother's needs, I felt it was a little too independent. They have their dining areas where the rooms are, so it's either you really like that, that you just step out your door and then your food is right there or it just kind of seems a little condensed. I think it depends on what a person's needs are. I didn't have anything negative about it, it is just I didn't have a whole lot of time there.

My uncle has moved into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. The people are very nice and welcoming, and thats what I love the most. The facility is very clean. I love that they allow pets. They are cottages, and I love that there is a back porch and a front porch because my uncle loves porches. My uncle's room has hardwood floors. Beautiful view. He is in a studio. The room is just very spacious. My uncle enjoys the food. I feel they could give a little bit more food. My uncle is doing so much better that he's getting more of an appetite now, so it's a good thing. The food looks delicious. I tasted it. It's very fresh and it's good serving size. For activities, they had a banana split party the other day and my uncle was able to participate in that. It was a lot of fun for him, and of course, it's delicious. They have lots of activities for him. I wish there was more of a church service, but I think a lot of people have to sign up for that to happen. It's so nice. It's easy to get him in and out of this community, and I like that, too. It's easy to get him out of his cottage and into my car the way they have the infrastructure.

Our tour with Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was fine. They weren't expecting me, but they took me on a tour anyway. It's just their facility is rather small for what I was looking for. My mom wants to keep her pets, but I want something that has other than just one room. I'm sure it was a great facility, but it was too small for her at this time. The staff was friendly. All of them were kind and nice and explained to me what they were doing with the other people there. Everything was lovely. The residents were doing bingo, and the others were up and active around the table. It was very clean. The people there looked happy. Everyone was nice. Nobody was out of control. There wasn't trash everywhere. The rooms were clean. Everything looked nice.

Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was very clean and very updated. It looked refreshing. It didn't feel like I was taking my mom to a sad place. The staff who took me on the tour was very helpful, very nice, answered lots of my questions, and went over everything. I was there around lunchtime, so I saw the dining area and it looked like they had a nice variety of food. They were doing arts and crafts at the time, but they were telling me that they also did bingo, they would go to the casino, and there were plenty of activities for them to do.

Pacifica Senior Living Hemet is a large place. They have several sections of rooms and they have caregivers assigned to those clusters. I guess they are like clusters of rooms. It's a very nice place. It's a little bit out of our budget, but overall, a nice place. The staff who gave the tour was great. My mother is in a wheelchair, so she wheeled her around and showed her some of the outdoor spaces and also what the rooms looked like. They're a little bit smaller rooms than the other place. They're more like a room style, and it didn't feel like an apartment-type room. It just felt more like a room with a bathroom. They have a community area that's up by the office, and there were several people there playing cards and stuff like that. They gave us a list of all the activities. So, they have an activity every single day. The patients can either join in those activities or not. They took us outside and showed us some of the outdoor spaces. They were putting together a raised bed garden so that the community can participate in gardening activities. They have lots of little benches throughout the community to go and sit and talk with your family members if they want to come over and visit for the day.

My parents are moving into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. The director, Annette, was amazing, very knowledgeable, and very people friendly. The place was beautiful. It was immaculate. I got to meet the nurse, the maintenance man, and the cook. Everybody seemed very friendly. They went way above and beyond. I spent four hours there walking with them and they showed me everything. I got to see them doing activities with the residents, and it was very nice.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living Hemet a year and a half ago. It was very clean. They had activities going on for the residents. Everybody was friendly and kind. They had a physical therapist that was there working with several residents at one time. The rooms were clean and everything. They're all bachelor, like single units (the ones that I looked at anyway), but I was very pleased. It was nice. Just too expensive. They had some attendants out walking people that were in wheelchairs. They're very caring and try to get people to participate in some of the activities that they had on, like coloring and or playing cards. They were encouraging people to get involved, which is good. They had a garden area that's so nice, too. It was shaded, well manicured, and well taken care of.

We went to Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. They had a lot of amenities. It was very nice. The staff seemed very pleasant, and the kitchen, the dining area, and the bedrooms were all very, very nice. Chris was the one that helped us. He was very pleasant. I did not try the food, but I was there at lunchtime and everybody seemed very pleased. We would have put her there had we really kind of decided the amount of care that my mother-in-law needs. It was a very pleasant experience.

My sister moved into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. From the moment that we got there, the staff was very attentive to me and my two other sisters that went with me. The reception area and offices were beautiful and clean. The sales director was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail. What impressed us was that they are educated about the disease. We have my sister now in the memory care area they have. There was music, and the residents were all engaged, so we were just very impressed with it from the beginning. The rooms are beautiful. We were able to get my sister a private room with a bath and shower. They were clean and bright. She has a beautiful window where she can look out and see the birds. The dining area is beautiful. They come and ask my sister if she wants to have lunch with the others. What I was impressed with is that they clean up the plates right away and throw the trash out, so everything is put away. The food is good and hot. You can see the staff preparing the food, which is nice because it has a homey atmosphere. My sister hasn't complained about the food. They have a nice backyard where my sister can go out and walk around a little bit. They're very attentive, which is very important to us. They address my sister by her first name, and they check in on her. I think that made my sister feel more comfortable. She got acclimated very quickly. The director of memory care was very hands-on and explained everything to us. The other thing about her room is that she's able to take her own furniture, so she has her bed, dresser, and all her personal things, which is very important. The rest of the facility outside is very beautiful. They have lots of trees. The lawn is very manicured. It's a little pricey, but we feel that it's worth it. They also have a hair salon.

My sister has moved into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. Everything is excellent. The whole environment and the expertise of everyone are the reasons why we chose them. They were all knowledgeable sincere workers. It was just a fit. It has been a very, very good experience just in the last couple of days. This is just the first weekend, but we don't have to worry about my sister being there. We see the way they interact with her. I called to check on her, and they called me back. I was shocked that anybody would call me. Her transition was very easy. The food is very good. For activities, they have taken her walking around the premises on a good day. The layout is excellent. It's very easy for my sister. Going to the dining room is very easy. Directional-wise, it's down the hallway. The living area with the TV and things like that is very easy to get to. It's not huge and there's no turning here or there that confuses them a lot. It's also very safe. It's secure. I know it's a little pricey, but we just have to make it work.

I like that Pacifica Senior Living Hemet offered us a meal, and so my wife and I both ate there, so that was kind of nice. That was kind of unique. They introduced me to some of the residents that were there getting ready to go to bingo. Everybody was very nice. Even the chef came out and talked with us. They were very nice and very welcoming. They showed me everything. They have a walking area. They had about everything that the other places had. We talked to one lady in memory care, and she seemed nice. The staff was fine. Everybody was wonderful.

Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was very nice, very professional, and very clean. I liked the apartments. They seemed updated and well-maintained. The person who gave the tour gave an excellent service, made me feel like we were welcomed, and answered all the questions that we needed. We went to the memory care facility and they showed me all the areas where people could do activities. They were all hanging out and they were in the great room watching T.V.

Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was the only place that requires a medical exam from a doctor before moving in, so they can assess the needs of each incoming resident. Because of that, they offer a greater range of services. They handle most of the care and work directly with the doctor and the hospital. They had separate buildings, and they call them pods. You only have 20 residents in each home. They have a separate dining room, but they can still go to the main dining room and the main living area. They can get more of a sense of family because they're a smaller tight-knit group. I only looked at a studio because that's what we were wanting. They showed us a furnished and an unfurnished one and it was very nice. It was more set up for a greater deal of care. They do more outings than it seemed the other places do. They had games and activities onsite and then they also did offsite events with the residents. It seemed like you could kind of do as many things as you would like and sit them out if you don't want to, so that was nice. They provide three meals a day. I was impressed with what I saw.

My parents are living at Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. My sister and I went and visited some facilities and we found Pacifica to be the best for them. We chose it because this was more like home. It's surrounded by a community and it didn't look so institutionalized. Another reason is that the service there was very good and they have a lot of things for them. They're still getting used to leaving their home, but as a whole, if I was my parents' age and in their predicament, I would live there. That's what my sister and I look for. Would we want to live there ourselves if we were 90 years old? So yes, we would. That's why we wanted our parents to be in a place that was more like home. Everything went fine as far as the move-in. Everyone I've met has been very kind and very helpful. So far, I don't have any complaints. I haven't eaten any, but the food smelled very good. If they can't eat certain foods, they will accommodate. They just have to be told. The buildings are fine. Everything's well kept. You walk in, it smells fresh and clean. I think the facility's very nice. They have a Sit and Be Fit, games, happy hour once a week, and different things. They also have a little bus that takes them around town if they need to run an errand. I got to meet my parents' immediate neighbors in their building, and they're very nice. They have patios where you could sit outside. It's more like being at your own home. Another thing I liked about Pacifica is that it's a small community, so that allows the residents to meet their neighbors.

My wife has moved into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. She seems to have acclimated into the environment as well as can be expected with anyone who has a memory loss issue. They take good care of her. They give her personalized care, which I appreciate. I appreciated the empathy that the executive management displayed during my initial visit and also the follow-up of their personal intervention with my wife to make sure that she gets the best possible personalized care. The dining area is more than convenient for that purpose. It's a good-sized dining area, and everybody participates in a community dining activity. I haven't been there for breakfast or lunch, and I'm normally there for supper, and the food is tasty and seems to be well cooked and adequate. My wife is in a two-room environment. They have single private rooms and then they have shared private rooms. She's in a shared private room. It has what she needs, and that's fine. It's clean, and they take care of it. They take care of her. They keep the entire facility clean, which is good. They have a list of activities that is far too long for me to even think about repeating. They have card games, puzzles, and joint activities. They have music that most of the residents enjoy and participate in because the age group that customarily visits such a facility is my wife's age group. Therefore, music from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s is recognizable basically to everyone there and a lot of times they'll join in and sing along with the karaoke-style music that's presented.

We have just moved my grandfather into Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. It is good for people with memory care and for people with dementia and Parkinson's to keep them from wandering off. It's also a nice place. It's not like rundown. There is a nurse available 24/7. It's also a good place for my grandpa like if he falls (because he is a fall risk), they are very helpful. They're very cautious, and they have doctors available. They inform the families of what's going on. The rooms are very nice and clean, and it is almost like a little apartment. It has its own bathroom, but the only thing missing is a kitchen. The dining area is like a big kitchen and it is almost like a cafeteria. It's very clean and very sanitized. It's very well-kept and very maintained. I would say it's worth putting someone in there. It's reasonable.

I liked that Pacifica Senior Living Hemet was very clean. They had a lot of activities. I saw them doing bingo there. However, it was set up more like a convalescent type hospital situation where they had different buildings and they had a nursing station. They do the meals and everything in the center, and then their little private rooms were all around that. It didn't have the same feel as the other place. It felt more like a hospital to me. It was a good facility. I think the staff would be working with the people more at Pacifica than the other one. It's a very nice place. I think they did more assistance there. The rooms were smaller. They weren't outstanding, but they were good, nice and clean rooms. Again, they open up to the inside to a hallway where there isn't as much privacy, but it's good because the staff would have access to any of the rooms at any time to help them if they needed it. The staff seemed to know everybody that was there. They took people on outings, which was nice.

The Pacifica Senior Living Hemet is a fantastic place. I would have tried to get my mom there if she stayed, but she passed away quickly. It would have been a terrific place for her. The room I saw was like a studio and you bring in your own furniture, you furnish it yourself. The care is enough care, they feed you over there, they have people that will help you bathe and clothe you. The grounds are beautiful and there are nice places to walk. There are grassy areas and trees. Everybody can get their own individual room. I thought that was a very, very beautiful place for her to stay. The rooms were clean, it's a fairly new facility, and the price, to me, was very affordable. The people there were very willing to show the room and answer any questions. So overall, the experience was very good.

My wife developed a severe Memory problem to the point that I could not care for her. My family and I searched for a really good place for her to receive the kind of care and thoughtfulness that she deserved. We found Pacifica in Hemet, and we have been very pleased with her care and life at the facility. She seems to be thriving on the care and activities provided by the superior Staff at Pacifica. Until Covid, I could visit, but not now and they are very good at sharing pictures and information on her situation. The Staff that serves her Cottage is wonderful and so caring. The Memory Care Manager is very responsive and caring as well. My friends and relatives have all shared the thought that I had selected the Right Place for her care.

Our overall experience with Pacifica Senior Living Hemet is excellent. The staff is very friendly, caring, professional and very nice people. The place is just immaculate and very nice. My mom is in a studio with enough room, it's very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were appropriate. Everything is just the right size and it's very well-equipped, it had cable TV and everything already. They had more amenities than anybody could ever use and all types of things to do. They have bingo which they rotate around the different buildings so the residents don't have to move around. They have all kinds of games, every Friday they have a happy hour in the main building where they get live music and everybody can unwind. Each of the cottages, which were about 15-16 rooms, have their own dining area for the residents in that building. The central kitchen prepares everything, and they have an amazing menu and great food. Even much better than I have eaten at other places, and the food is served hot. Each building had a refrigerator where the residents could have their own limited supply of things if they had special requests, like ice cream is available and snacks are always available. They're always well-taken care of. I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner there a couple of times. The portions are small, but if the residents want more they can have more. The value for the money is absolutely there.

I really like Pacifica Senior Living Hemet. It is very nice, very clean, and there's a very warm feeling. It has a pleasant odor, too. The people and staff are very hospitable. They're pleasant people. I really enjoy the fact that they have a happy hour for the residents. I would have placed my father there if they're a little more reasonable as far as price, but it is a little costly for us. The person who helped me was very nice. I saw their area where they eat. It was very clean, but I did not see any activities going on. The only drawback was the cost. For those who can afford, I'm sure they would be fine.

In general, we have been pleased with the quality of the facilities and the care. When there have been issues, they were addressed by the director promptly (although there has been a recent change in director and we have had little interaction with the new one). Biggest disappointment has been in lack of coordination by Pacifica of doctors appointments/follow up and the fact that their transport van only runs one morning of the week and one afternoon of the week. We spend a lot of time trying to get information about appointments directly from doctors as well as trying to set up transportation for medical appointments. Since we do not live in Hemet, this can be very difficult and is an ongoing stress for all of us.

Pacifica Senior Living Hemet is a nice community. They have six cottages with 15 rooms in each cottage. The room is nice. My mom is in their memory care unit. The staff members seem good. It is working out fine. The dining area is nice. My mom likes the food. She said they feed her too much and that she has gained too much weight. They have an activity calendar, but my mom also has macular degeneration, so she can't read the calendar. She complains that they don't always tell her what is going on, and that she has missed some things that she would like to do. They play bingo, and they go on little field trips about once a week.

My mother resided here for 15 years. The staff provided excellent support to her through out her years here. They always were responsive to my questions and concern whenever they arose. All were a part of my mother and family in her declining years.

5.0 /5 The staff at facility are helpful and attentive. They are responsive to my dad's needs and his follow-up care is quick and courteous. The caregivers are friendly and seem to genuinely care to their charges.

I like that Pacifica Senior Living Hemet had separate small cottages from the main building. They bring the food to the residents. The staff seemed young and really vibrant; I liked that they have a lot of energy. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the space was bigger. They had nice walk-in showers. The environment had a homey feel. I can't think of anything they can improve on.

This was an excellent facility. I was very impressed with it, and the programs they had for dementia patients. They had a lot of activities, the patients seemed happy, and well-cared for. The rooms seemed very nice. They had cottages, and there were 15 in a cottage. They had a central area. It was well-maintained, kept up, and the grounds were beautiful. The dining area was nice. The people were friendly, and the assistance seemed great.

My grandmother's been here for a while. She feels comfortable with the people and likes the food. It's all updated where she lives. She's busy all day long doing activities, like games, singing, and folding laundry and little tasks like that. They go on little trips every now and then on the bus, though they don't really get out and go places because of their conditions. It's all homey.

I chose this community for my mother. The staff was very caring. They worked with the needs of families. She loves the place, but she was only there for two weeks. She loves the food. I don’t have any complaints about this place as I was very impressed with them.

I like the cottages. I like that they have little houses that my father lives in. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are also understanding and supportive. If I rate their food, I'd give it a 3.

It is very pleasant, clean, and organized. They moved my mother to memory care because they were a little nervous since she was wandering at the time. The activities in the unit are singing, dancing, classical and jazz music playing, and playing Name That Actor. On Fridays, they have a happy hour. The residents join them in the main office area -- which is huge -- with a TV and a small kitchen, and they'd have wine and beer. The food is pretty good. They have three meals and two snacks a day.

The rooms are pretty nice, and the private rooms are really spacious. The rooms where you share are a pretty good size, and they’re roomy enough. The rooms are like little apartments. The staff is helpful. They do like karaoke, they do some activities, and they do sing. They do little party gatherings for them. They are always doing something. The food looks pretty good, and they seem to be enjoying it. The dining area is really nice, and it’s big enough for a family to come and join in with their love ones. For security, you just can’t get in and out.

It is a nice quiet place. They have other levels of care but I'm particularly interested in their memory care. This facility seems to be just fine and clean. What I like best about this is that it is nice and organized. I wasn't there long enough; however, overall, basing on my one-hour visit, I would give them a high rating.

I liked the way everything was setup. Everybody seemed nice. The unit that we looked at gives a sense of privacy.
