We decided on Citrus Court for my sister. I liked that it's small. The caregivers get to know the people very well, and it's pretty. The rooms go out into a courtyard. It's very nice. It is clean. They have barbecues. They have crafts, games, and those kind of things.

I visited the Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care in Hemet and it was very nice. I like the grounds and the upkeep. The memory care rooms were nice, the staff was excellent, and it had no bad smell. The lady who gave us the tour was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities were very nice. If they had been closer, I would have had no problem putting my mother there. They didn't have activities going on the day I was there, but they had a whole activity board of what they do every day. You could see what activities they did each day and which staff they brought in to lead the activities. The dining room was excellent. It was open, clean, and well-lit. It was an excellent facility, clean, and well-manicured. The staff knew who and what they were treating. They had a very good outlook too. It was just a wonderful place.

My tour at Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care was very informative. They're very caring people. It looked clean. The apartments were organized, clean, and well-kept. The staff who gave the tour was very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a very beautiful courtyard area. There are trees, grass, and fountains.

My mom will be moving into Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care. I like the friendliness of everybody. The center is very clean. When they toured us, the patients looked like they were very well taken care of. It's a very nice place. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice. They are in the process of doing some remodeling of some of the rooms, but they're very nice, almost like little apartments. The dining area was very nice. It's like a hacienda-type setting with a fireplace and everything. They have a beautiful courtyard in the middle with the rooms kind of going around the courtyard. It creates a nice view for the patients when they're in their rooms. They could look out the window and see the beautiful courtyard. When I toured, they were in the process of having lunch, but they toured us to community room areas where you could go and view TV and socialize with the other patients. They're very helpful with the paperwork because a lot of people don't know what to do and what kind of paperwork they're going to need. So, they're very helpful with that. The staff was very helpful. She was the one that provided a lot of the information on the paperwork that I would need from my mom's doctor and all that stuff. Also, from what I could see on the food that they were eating, it was very good. They were having chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and carrots, and it was a very large portion. It looked more like a dinner than a lunch.

We visited the memory care of Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care. I thought it was nice, everybody seemed happy there, and the people were caring. They have just started to fix up the patio so that they would be able to put a table and umbrella and stuff out there. The day we went, the lady that was supposed to show us around had an emergency or something so she wasn't there. One of the other ladies just showed us around. I thought the place was nice, the staff seemed friendly, and the residents seemed happy with them and liked them. When we went in, they came up and greeted the person who did the tour and everybody seemed friendly and caring. It was quiet, which is what I was looking for my husband because that's what he likes. They had a room where they had a TV and a room where they could do activities and things. They're also going to fix up the patio so they can go out when the weather is nice.
