As of April 2024, The Terraces a Via Verde is managed by family-owned and operated Agemark Senior Living. Agemark has 30 communities nationwide, half of which specialize in focused memory care. The Terraces at Via Verde is conveniently located across the street from the Von's anchored Via Verde Plaza, is a mile away from the Frank G. I went here. I like it. I spoke with them mostly, and the people there were totally genuine, nice, kind, and very helpful. They showed me around. There's a little area outside where people could go and just be outside. They had doctors come in every once a month. They have a salon and they do nails, but you have to sign up if you want to do that. There were different rooms just like the other places. There are single rooms, Jack and Jill rooms, and shared rooms. The building was small on the outside, but it was nice on the inside, too. The staff told me about the different activities that they have, and she gave me a list of all the different activities, but none was going on at the time.
