Sun City Roseville is a 55+ community. It's easy to make friends here, because everybody's coming from somewhere else (unless a friend of theirs has already moved here before). It's pretty easy to get involved in the community, because there's a lot of clubs, activities, and groups. There's a definition of a club that has to have more than 200 members, and then there are smaller ones that are called groups. There's a travel group where you go to certain destinations. They recently went to San Antonio, Texas to see the Christmas lights and the river walk. There are tennis courts, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, pickleball courts, two golf courses (a 9 hole and an 18 hole), cornhole, and a softball team for the guys. We own a restaurant here and a little community center where there's a ballroom and where they hold a lot of activities. Sometimes there are wedding receptions there, meetings, or birthday parties. Then they have a little sandwich shop, too. So, there's a lot of stuff here. It has a homeowners association, so we pay the fees quarterly for that.

My husband and I lived in Sun City Roseville and it was great. We enjoyed all the activities. There was a very nice restaurant with excellent food and they offered a lot of activities for the seniors. They had golf, tennis, exercises, and dance classes. The dining area was very pleasant, too. The staff was well equipped, educated, and very friendly. It's well-kept and had friendly neighbors.
