My mom has moved into Park Terrace. It's been great. All of the amenities are in the building including her physical therapy. They have a hair and nail salon, a church, beautiful gardens, and two different restaurants. All of her doctor care and physical therapy are being handled here. We don't have to transport her at all. The food is excellent. They do walks, exercises, church, bingo, music entertainment, and movies.

I have toured Park Terrace and I liked everything about it. The rooms, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, it was a wonderful place. The staff was friendly, informative, and caring. They have a variety of things that they offer, and they have activities outside of the facility that you can take advantage of. Each apartment either had a patio or balcony, depending on the floor that they were on. The upkeep and cleanliness were excellent. They had a gym and salon, and they also had transportation and housekeeping. They offered everything that you want.

When I visited Park Terrace, I like that they had so many activities. They had a fitness room and three different restaurants. The rooms were very clean. They were bigger than the other facility, much more modern, and it has good views; they were very nice. We didn't try the food though. They have more activities than I even knew what to do with. The dining area is very nice.

Park Terrace was a very nice facility. The location was great. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Everybody we met seemed very gracious and caring. The place came across as a more luxurious place, also expensive, but you felt like you were getting a high level of quality and amenities for the price. The food looked good. The quality of the service, the interior design, and the property itself were very attractive and in good condition. The apartments were fairly spacious. The fixtures, plumbing, and such were pretty up-to-date. The apartment and the common areas were both very, very pleasant. It's one of the best I've seen.

My relative will move to Park Terrace. For us, the location is great because it's right across the street from where her sister lives. It's also near shopping down the street. It's a quiet area, but then in two blocks you're at a shopping mall. There are a lot of nice shops there. It's very good. The facility is very nice, including the bedrooms. It has a lot of outdoor areas to sit, and inside it looks very nice. The people seem extremely nice. The staff that has been helping is a very, very nice girl. They have a swimming pool, dining area, two restaurants, and a very good cook. Apparently, the restaurant food is very good. They have three meals a day. The staff who assisted me was very nice. I love her.

Park Terrace was outstanding, it's in Rancho Santa Margarita, it has independent, assisted, you can live all in the same place, and it has memory care. It's an excellent facility, but it also has outstanding prices. They have independent, assisted and memory care, you can live in any part for assisted or independent. They have a couple of dining rooms, they have a chef with some awards, but we didn't eat there. They have a very diversified menu, excellent choices, a nice gym facility, central air, a nice, quiet area, and nice views. I think they have a great program, especially in the memory care for the people there, and they have activities.

I lived at Park Terrace. I had assisted living, and they had wonderful caregivers, helpers, and a very amiable staff. My room there is too small. They have a gym and offered numerous games and activities. They had excellent food that tasted homecooked. It was a really nice stay.

My mother-in-law is back in Park Terrace. Her room has a garden view and is close to the beauty shop. The staff is very good and put her in a very nice situation, so she is very happy. There's a regular dining room and a bistro with several options for meals, and the food is very good. I will highly recommend it.

My mother is in Park Terrace. It's a very good place with good people. They have a great administrator and a great person that's in charge of memory care. It's well run and a little bit more reasonably priced. You get what you pay for. My mom got a shared room, which opened up relatively quickly. It was furnished even. I wish she was in private, but then you have to pay more, and my sister wouldn't go for that. The food and the dining room setup are very good. When I got there, they were setting up for a bingo. A gentleman said he was reading the headlines of the newspaper. There are different activities. They even have transportation that takes them out, and she likes walking. They also have an exercise room.

We picked Park Terrace for mom because of their activity schedule. They have an activity room, and they offer different activities from bingo to volleyball and card games; it's a variety. I have tasted the food, and it's fine.

My dad is in Park Terrace. The staff is very good. He is in a nice studio, and it is roomy enough. The food looks good, and my dad seems to think it is good. They do various things aside from walking, tossing the ball around, basketball, and stuff like that. I like that it is a nice very welcoming place, and people are very friendly. They take good care of their residents. We are very satisfied with them.

Park Terrace was very nice. I just thought it was a little more expensive than the one I chose for my mother. It was in a nice area, and I would recommend them.

Park Terrace is a clean and a well-managed facility. It was better than any other ones I have seen. It's a memory care facility. They have 4 buildings and 10 patients per building with 2 nurses for the 10 patients. The way they have it designed, it's 1 building with 10 rooms that are basically in the circle. The living area and kitchen area is right in the middle so when it's time to eat they walk out of their room and they are standing in the kitchen. There are no hallways, and that makes it a lot easier for the residents. It's expensive, but I think it's worth it. Their rooms are about 500 square feet, no kitchen, but it has a handicapped bathroom. So far the staff seem good, and I would recommend this facility.

Everything was good at Park Terrace. We visited it because of the close proximity to where my mom lives. It’s clean and organized. The staff is caring and has good supervision. They have a 2-bedroom, which is basically like a private bedroom with a shared bath. It’s a good facility.

My visit was very pleasant at Park Terrace. I thought it was very nice. It had a very pleasant layout. There was a lot of acreage. The people and the dining room seemed very nice. I think the dining room was spacious, as I recall. No complaints about it at all.

I visited a very brand new memory care unit called Park Terrace in Rancho Sta. Margarita. It was very clean and modern. It did have 12 beds in each unit. They also had friendly staff. Also besides this one, they were also opening another memory care unit. They also had regular senior living. Since they were just starting, one of the directors was a little concerned about their being equipped to handle my husband's needs in later stages, and so for future patients, I would just say to check what they're able to offer for your particular loved one based on what the stage they're in.

We could not be happier with Park Terrace, but more importantly, our mother-in-law loves it. The staff is as friendly as you can get, the facility is immaculate and beautifully designed, they offer ample activities and "field" trips, the dinning room is lovely and serves extraordinary food and the grounds are well manicured and plush. If this wasn't enough, the cost is more than reasonable, regardless of the level of care. After two other facilities that were good, but not remarkable, we are grateful to have found Park Terrace and could not recommend them highly enough.

Park Terrace is extremely clean and it smells good. My mother has been there for about 6 weeks now. The staff is great. She's been extremely happy with them. She cannot move from place to place herself, so they have to transport her down to meals and to activities in a wheelchair. They're kind, nice, and they come in and take her when she needs to go down. She also needs help with bathing. Mom finds it to be a very pleasant experience and certainly much better than she expected. The rooms are extremely spacious. She's in a complete 1-bedroom with bath and huge closet. The showers are big enough to get a large bathing chair in. She has balcony that overlooks the courtyard and the pool. Her living room is very spacious, too. We were able to get a large reclining chair, a dinette table with 3 chairs, a chest for putting a TV on, a couple of other chest that she wanted to take with her, and a sofa. At this moment, I have no problems. The food is unbelievably good and she's enjoying it.

My mom went to Park Terrace before moving to FL. It's such a great facility and location. + Small courtyard where they BBQ on occasions + Next to huge park, when my 3yr old & I visited my mom, we'd walk over to the park and have fun + Next to shopping center with great restaurants. If your loved one is wheel chair bound, it's walking distance but downhill. Coming back up might be a challenge. + I've visited a lot of assisted living facilities in CA and FL, this one by far has the nicest staff. Many Atria places I've visited have a "Walt Disney" nice staff, but Park Terrace has a "go home to mom's house" staff. Friendly, alert, but not extremely over-the-top annoying happy. + Has a chapel with services every week.

My mom is a resident of Park Terrace. This facility has a very friendly environment. They are renovating all the rooms. They look nicely painted. They also have new carpets, tiles and crown moldings. They look pretty nice. I had tried eating there and food was fair. I think their dining room is fine. They have white tablecloth and it looks fairly formal. Their staff is very helpful. I like best their companion care. They are very attentive for my mother. Their wait staff is also nice and attentive. They also have activities for their residents. They have outings a few times a week where they take everybody who wants to go to nearby stores in the town. They also go to the movies and go out for scenic drives. You just have to sign up for these activities. They also have card games like bingo and bridge. The only thing I could think that they need to improve on is their food. They need to serve more fresh food and less prepared food.

Mom has her own apartment in Park Terrace. I can visit her anytime I want. I think the area is very safe. I would say she's definitely eating a balanced diet. But I think they could be a little more exotic with their food, a little more varied. The residents appear to be active and happy, has a lot of activities, they do a lot of brain games, and there's a park nearby, a lot of things you can walk around. The facility have a very warm and fuzzy feeling. It appealed to me because it seem to be more intimate.

I went there with the Girl Scouts. My daughter is a Girl Scout and they wanted to show how the elderly could be cared for in a special Alzheimer's unit that they have in Park Terrace. I thought it was very clean, nice, and comfortable, especially for the Alzheimer's patients. The staff were pretty friendly. The residents seem happy.

Park Terrace provided a happy, clean and safe environment for my father-in-law. The meals were healthy and delicious. The staff was helpful and cheerful and there were always fun activities available to the residents. Park Terrace would bring in local groups to entertain their residence with concerts and dance performances. It was a wonderful place for my father-in-law to spend his last years.

Park Terrace is a wonderful independent/assisted living community in Rancho Santa Margarita. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone wants each new senior to feel welcome and to participate in the community events planned to help them have a full life. I especially like how they work to accommodate each senior's special needs as they need more services. Families new to any community need to expect it to take 1 - 3 months for their family members to become part of the community. Our mother participated in very little at first and with gentle nudging by the staff at the community, she started making friends and is very active and happy.

There are a couple of elderly women that my mom has grown to love and she comes to bring them cookies once a week and chit chat. When she went on vacation to England for a month, she asked me to fill in her for and check in on her "buddies" and bring them cookies while she was gone. So I did and boy, was I amazed at how beautiful these apartments were! The community did not even look like an assisted living facility! The facility is absolutely beautiful and I have been told by the women there that the food is superb. It is located within walking distance to several large shopping centers and many restaurants, but of course, transportation is provided to the residents. I mentioned to the women when I brought them their cookies that I wouldn't mind retiring at Park Terrace myself and they proceeded to tell me that there are many options as far as the living quarters. In addition to apartments, they rent rooms, and little community like "apartments" that are larger than an apartment. I thought that is pretty neat- it leaves options open.
