Dad was in Casa De Flores. It was a nice facility. They were very caring. They took good care of him. The only drawback, like most of the facilities, was he was not happy with the food. I thought it was okay, but my dad's pretty picky. Their staff was very, very friendly, remembered everybody's name, and I believe they did a very good job taking care of them. He's in a newly redone room, and very clean. Very caring, friendly atmosphere. It's a cafeteria-style food, and a little more variety would make the rating go up.

Tried to get info from a staff member at Casa De Flores. She was to busy to talk and was very short/communicative with me. She rush me off the line to pick up another call. Not a very good representative for your facility. Leaves me with not a very good initial impression.

The staff of this facility is simply extraordinary. My brother was a resident until he passed away. The care and compassion they had for him was astounding. Not only did they go many extra miles to keep him comfortable, but at a time of great stress and worry, they provided calm and consistent assurances that his needs would continue to be met until the end, and they were true to their word. I have had relatives in other facilities, and nothing compares to Casa de Flores. I would recommend it to anyone, any time. Phenomenal people.

I had a tour of Casa De Flores. It was welcoming, and it's well maintained. There is hospitality. They have a vintage fountain that serves ice cream. They have delightful 40's music; it was just appropriate. They had a barbershop salon. The décor and aesthetics were very pleasing. They had fans hanging out the windows that were covered with ivory or some type. It was covered nicely. You didn't see anything that was an eyesore. Some rooms had balconies. They have a couple of community club rooms to dine in, so there are a few options. It looks spacious and welcoming.

Casa De Flores was very nice, the staff was very nice, and the dining area was very nice. It was like a hotel that has many features. They have groups that go to Hearst Castle, and go out, and you can have a TV in every room. Hopefully, theyll have an opening.

Casa De Flores was very lovely, but it might not work for those with age-related memory loss because there are no gates around it. It appeared to be more of a retirement home rather than assisted living, although they do have that component. They have activity rooms and movies. It seemed more active for seniors without issues who are a little bit younger. They had a fireplace and social hour, so it's quite social and lovely for retirement living. The dining areas were lovely and attractive.

My mother was at Casa De Flores. She was there for four years and really enjoyed being there. However, they couldn’t take her back after she broke her leg. Also he needed a higher level of care. My mother did got very good care at Casa De Flores. I had no complaints about the care. The staff was excellent. Everybody that was involved running the facility were all very caring and kind to my mother. She only had a very positive experience there with the exception of falling and breaking her leg. They had a great staff, and they had regular maintenance on everything. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

We visited Casa De Flores, and that was a really beautiful place too, but it was not a memory care. It was assisted living, and it would be appropriate for my father. We really liked it a lot too. My father was not really yet to go into a facility, but if he was, we would choose that one for sure. It was just amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The people that were living there in the assisted living even told us that they loved it there. The facility was very clean, very happy, bright, and cheerful. Every part of the programs that they had for the residents were amazing. I would highly recommend Casa De Flores assisted living. They had all kinds of outings, coffee, and news time in the morning, and they also had arts. They also had all kinds of gathering time, and they had lots of activities available for the residents.

The staff at Casa De Flores is completely uninformed regarding mental illness. If your loved one lives with mental illness, I would NOT suggest this place. Also, they defer tasks to family members when they should be doing their jobs! With the cost of over $3000,00 a month, you'd think they'd do better.
