My Mother was in the Valley Comfort Memory care unit for over two years. She loved it and never asked to go home. She thought it was a hotel. A family run operation with incredible staff. It was a hard decision to make for us but from the moment we walked in Mother was at ease. Beautiful art work and design, music, and lots of activities makes it anything but like a nursing home! I can't say thank you enough for her care.

Valley Comfort is a family-owned community, and we just like the place itself. It's been around for a while and the cleanliness in the rooms were just superior. It was just really nice. The staff and the people that we met were just phenomenal. They were great people and they answered all the questions we had, and they didn't have to go back and forth to get the answers for us. It was a great experience.

I have only good things to say about Valley Comfort. My brother's mother-in-law was there and they were very happy with it. They had a 2-person room available, but it was never going to work for my mom. Nevertheless, they have somebody who comes in and does hair, they have their own pharmacy, and they take people to different places here in Modesto. The owner walked around with us. We watched the staff working with the clients; it seemed like they were doing a very good job. We would have been very happy with our mom there. The place was very neat and clean.

My dad has moved into Valley Comfort. The experience is good. He enjoys it. He has showers seven days a week and twice a day if he needs it. They take care and help him. It is great. The staff members are very friendly. They know what the patients need. They're on top of everything. They're also always cleaning. They have TVs and music. They get three meals a day plus snacks.
