My mother is now in Stratford at Beyer Park. The overall experience is fine. The facility is very nice and very clean. She is getting the care that we think she needs at this point. It's a new place for her, so it's a bit of a change. Her room is very nice. The dining area is very nice. Their food looks pretty good. She has good choices, which is nice. And it looks like the kitchen is fully staffed.

The staff gave me a tour of Stratford at Beyer Park. She was a nice young lady. We talked about all kinds of stuff. I saw three different apartments and I liked the first one, so everything was good. The place seemed well-staffed.

We toured Stratford at Beyer Park. They were just the most friendly people. You just felt so comfortable the minute you walked in. They explained all their activities, and they showed us everything. They showed us one of the apartments they have. You can put a little microwave in there if you want, but they have no stove. The little refrigerator is like a little tiny one. It's not a full-size refrigerator or apartment size. So, I thought that would never work for my sister and brother-in-law because they're used to doing a little snacky thing and stuff. There's just no place to keep anything in there. Their one bedroom is very, very small. The staff, you will think she was a family. She was so sweet. She just called to check and see how they are. They allow a pet, and they showed us the little area where they take their little pets out, too. It is so clean and so nice. They do little things with other people that live there like puzzles and stuff like that they want to do or play cards or whatever, and that is a lovely little room. It's big enough that they can all have a party in there. It's furnished beautifully.

My mother-in-law is a resident of Stratford at Beyer Park. The staff is excellent. I just talked to her, and she said they're so nice. They smile all the time. The facility is stunning. The main reason why we chose it is because they offer medication. The location is great for doctors around the area. She said the food is excellent. They're having enchiladas today. They have bingo, crafts, and just about anything you want to do. No matter where you go, it's going to be expensive, but we are getting more than what we bargained for. Value for money is excellent.

Stratford at Beyer Park was a beautiful place, and everybody was so nice and friendly. It was just very, very nice. I was very impressed. It's also very expensive. They showed me all of the rooms. We even went outside into the garden area, and we went upstairs into the model studio room they had set up and then an empty one. So it was very nice. The staff who showed me around was a very nice young lady. She seemed very informative.

My dad has moved to Stratford at Beyer Park and the experience has been good. Their staff is really friendly, the food is good, they have good services, and it's kept clean. I ate lunches and dinner with my dad. They have a dining room, they would come down and eat, and they serve them there. The living atmosphere is great. They have activities like happy hour, live music, and bingo. In terms of value for the money, they're still expensive.

The Stratford At Beyer Park was beautiful. It was clean and looked like a home. The caregivers were very polite. Everyone looked happy. They had two options for each meal and so they could choose which food they wanted from the menu. There was a lot of food. When they brought out the plates, it looked like you were in a restaurant just by the way the food lay out on the plate. There was like a billboard showing all the activities every day, seven days a week. There's a game day where they went to the casino, as well as shopping days. They had crafts time, too. So, there was something to do every day. There was no reason for them to be bored. We really wish we could afford that place.

My dad was at The Stratford At Beyer Park. He felt very welcomed. The staff was very caring and supportive. The front desk was amazing and treated us like family. My dad loved the food, and he enjoyed his space. There are casino and grocery shopping outings, Sunday football, church, bingo, and celebrations.

We went to Stratford at Beyer Park. They're very professional about the tour and showing all the good things about it. I had a friend in there and I liked them because their price is all inclusive. It includes everything. There are no add-ons. They showed us both assisted living and memory care. I met quite a few of the staff going through. They had a beautiful movie theater.

I toured Stratford at Beyer Park. Everything was great, but it wasn't as great as the others. It was in a nice location, and it was walking distance from our home. We couldn't go there because they didn't have rooms, and their waiting list is too long. We needed something immediately. It was a really nice facility. I like that the patients can go next door to wine tastings and things like that. It was like a huge mansion, but certain places were not as nice and kept up as when you first walk in. As you walk through, you start to see the wear and tear of things. Some blinds need to be changed. It was just small things. The staff was great.

My mother has moved into Stratford at Beyer Park. She's in memory care. The things I like best are that as a family member, I have a feeling of safety and security. I don't have to be worried. I know that she's safe and well cared for. Also, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. It has a very bright, colorful, and welcoming atmosphere. It's great. Every time I asked her, she says the meals are tasty and they're good, so she likes it. They have a whole list of activities like board games, movie nights, happy hour on Fridays, and mild exercises. It's very expensive, but it's worth it. They have transportation and a beauty salon.

I went to Stratford at Beyer Park yesterday. It's very nice and very clean. It's very well maintained, and it has a lot of great activities. I viewed three different apartment floor plans. They all had good benefits to them. It is something that I totally would feel comfortable with my mom being there. I really like it. I haven't had a chance to take her there yet, but that's what I'll do next. They have an activities room for crafts, games, and stuff. They have a very nice dining room. They have a family kitchen if you want to do additional cooking. They have a little place where they have Sunday services. They have activities, both inside their community and going outside the community. They go shopping, to lunches, and things like that. It was just very nice. The girl that gave me the tour was Erica. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. I just enjoyed it. I felt very good about it. I've seen the menu, and I've seen pictures of it. It looks great. They definitely offered that if I wanted to come back and bring mom for dinner, lunch, or something, that I could do that. They have an exercise room, and then they have a big patio walkway where it's a fenced-in. It has flowers, trees, and stuff. When it's not too hot outside, the residents can go and walk around there and sit out there. There were tables and stuff, so I found it was very nice.

I had an in-person tour of Stratford at Beyer Park. The facility was nice, and the amenities were good. The living quarters were small. The facility was very clean. The common areas were gorgeous. The rooms were awkwardly designed, in my opinion. There weren't designated rooms. It almost seemed like a studio with a small partition wall.

I thought Stratford at Beyer Park was very nice and very well presented. The tour guide was very kind and gave me all the information that I needed. It's a nice facility. They have a dining room. The memory care didn't really have courtyards. The units were more like rooms with a shared bathroom. The staff during the tour was very lovely, very pleasant, and very informative. It's a nice place, but it's not gonna work for my mom.

We toured Stratford at Beyer Park Assisted Living for my father-in-law, and I really like the place. Quite honestly, that was going to be our first choice, but it's in Modesto, and we decided we wanted something closer. I thought it was very nice. It was upscale, bright, airy, and light. The staff was very nice and friendly. The residents were super cheerful, and much more active. They were more of independent living folk. It was just a different kind of home because they didn't need much assistance. The one who toured me was really good.

I'm at The Stratford at Beyer Park. It's a very nice facility, but it's very expensive. Right now I'm just getting help with showering because that's all I could afford extra. I'm in a beautiful apartment. It's a big one. It's very nice, and they let me have my little dog. There's a little backyard that I take my dog out in. The meals are terrific. The housekeeping is terrific. Everything is terrific, except the price. They can't help that because this is in California, and everything in California is too expensive. I think the staff is very nice. The activities are curtailed because we are in serious lock down.

The actual place was very nice with pleasant surroundings. The people that I interacted with, especially Adriana and her assistant, Atilla or Atalya, I don't know how to say her name, they were very friendly. They were forward with answers for any questions that I had, and I had quite a few questions. They were very precise with their answers and they were very friendly, so I think I made the right choice. Everything that I was looking for the Stratford delivered, so that was far enough for me to search.

I had a very nice tour at Stratford at Beyer Park, and the people were very helpful. I met with the person giving the tour, we only saw one room and the dining facilities. They were nice and clean, neat and updated. I couldn't observe the activities because everything is kind of shut down right now but they discussed them. They have limited activities, there wasn't much going on right now.

My mother has been at Stratford at Beyer Park for a week now. We are happy with it. She is having a difficult time adjusting, but this is her first two weeks, and they said that the first two weeks are the hardest, but we are very pleased. The food there is fabulous. They have an assisted care section as well as the memory care section. The assisted care section is like going into a 5-star hotel; it is absolutely beautiful. They have a library, a movie theater, a big flat-screen TV, and beautiful furniture. There are people sitting at tables playing bridge, they have a bus system system that takes them to San Francisco to see places, and they have a bus system that takes them to their doctor's appointments on Tuesday and Thursday. My mother is in the memory care. The staff members there are very caring and very loving. They have wonderful activities for them, too. They take them out of the memory care for 20% of the day. If there is a good movie, they take them to the movie theater so that they can watch the movie. During the day, they go into the assisted living care unit so that they can have lunch at the café there. They serve the meals like they would serve it in a restaurant. They get their soup first, and then they give them a beautiful tossed green salad. They have their own chef there. The staff members are very nice and very helpful. The facilities are lovely. It is expensive, but I think they are getting the value for that.

Stratford at Beyer Park was a very nice, very clean, and orderly facility. The staff member who toured us around was very nice, and answered any questions we had. They had music on certain days, bingo, cards, and a happy hour.

Stratford at Beyer Park was very nice and I liked their memory care. The place looked clean and rather elegant inside. It looked like a place that would be pleasant to live in. I liked how one particular lady was being cared for. She was asleep, clean, and apparently they had her favorite music on her boom box. Other people in memory care were doing a singalong with a girl on guitar; I liked seeing them engaged. It didn't smell like urine. The rooms were pleasant. The staff was very friendly.

The Stratford was very good. They treated us nice. They showed us around. They were very courteous. It just was not the right fit for my mother-in-law. The rooms were adequate. The residents looked happy.

Stratford at Beyer Park is a nice place. The shower is a roll-in shower because Dad is in a wheelchair. He has three options every meal of what he wants to eat. Dad's room has a mini-fridge. They have all kinds of activities. The place is by a park, and the surroundings are nice.

The Stratford at Beyer was really nice, but my mother-in-law didn’t like that the only room they had available was a small studio, and she couldn’t handle moving from a condo into one room, and not having her furniture, so she said it was too stuffy. She didn’t like the big overstuffed furniture. The people there were very nice, and we had a couple of tours, but she didn’t end up there, though they were very nice and welcoming, and the residents looked happy. My husband and I thought the facilities were nice, but it just didn’t appeal to her. It was the first one that we saw and I think at that time she still was mentally fighting assisted living. The dining area wasn’t too light and open, but it was very nicely laid out, though a little on the darker side because of where it was located in the building. We thought she would be very happy there, and we were quite comfortable with her going there. They didn’t have a gym or a pool, but they do have a beauty shop. They also have a snack bar and their grounds were very pretty. The facility doesn’t seem big, and it’s not on much land, but it looks out across the park. Their marketing person gave a really nice tour for my husband. I had talked to her over the phone, then my husband went to see the place separately from his mother and was extremely impressed.

My mom is in Stratford at Beyer Park. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. It is the best place in Modesto. They have activities all throughout the day and go on day trips and do crafts. It’s really nice. They have their own restaurant that gets excellent reviews. The food is excellent made fresh in their kitchen daily. They replaced the old carpets, and even those didn’t look bad, and keep it up well. The people there are very caring and responsible.

The Stratford At Beyer Park Senior Living was very lovely. The people are very nice. The facility was all beautiful, all up to date, nice, neat, and modern. The day I visited, they had a musical group singing in the lobby, and we all gathered to listen. They have puzzles too. We had lunch there, and the food was great. They kept offering more and more. They have plenty of food, so there’s no reason to go hungry. I had salad and dessert and a Mexican dish. They had varieties of sandwiches and chicken, pies, cakes, pudding, all kinds of things to choose from.

We chose The Stratford because of the location and the appearance of the facility. It is modern and really comfortable. It is kind of classy looking, and it did not smell. My mother has been there since the end of July. I will recommend it, but I will say that it is very expensive. The care seems very good, and the most important part is that my mother likes it there.

Stratford at Beyer Park had the best physical environment. It was best run, and it was the most expensive. The people were more educated. It had a better layout. It was a nicer place. The staff was professional, but not nearly as sweet as those at the other two places I went to.

We really liked the Stratford. We're just not in a position right now to get grandma there on her own. The whole feel of it was really inviting and warm. My grandma gets a little claustrophobic, so their hallways were wide, and there was an open floor plan. I love their activities. The seniors living there seemed happy. The staff seemed very warm and helpful. We did take grandma there for a lunch and a tour. It has just a really good feel, and I thought it will be a good fit for my grandma. There's a variety of residents there. Some still drive on their own, some can't, and there are some in wheelchairs. So there's a different variety which I like because my grandma has to spend it out being with old people, even though she's 91 years old.

Stratford was high-end and was not in my mom's budget. The staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious -- they have apartments and studios and it depends on what you're looking for. There's somebody at the desk or entrance all the time but it's not a gated community.

Stratford was very nice. The place looked clean and everybody looked happy. We met residents who had very nice things to say and that was very reassuring. My husband plays softball at the park across this place every weekend so it is convenient.
