Two months ago, my husband and I moved in at Southbay Maxi Care. It's a small facility but everything is pretty good. The staff are really fine and they seem to do their best. The food is not wonderful, but it's alright. One thing that we don't like it here though is that we're not allowed to cook. We have a common microwave in the facility which everyone uses to reheat food.

My mother passed away in the home, her wedding rings have not been recovered. We immediately let the Owner know that they were missing, and they have not been found. Our refund as of 9/22 has not been mailed back to us, we are owed a refund for days from 9/22 to 9/31. I have reached out to the owner and have not been contacted. There were to activities for the residents to enjoy. The ladies are all kept in the house without any amenities.
