The rooms are various sizes and configurations, bright and cheerful. Everyone on staff learns personal information about each resident in order to be well acquainted with them making them feel very welcome and comfortable. My husband has been on the memory care floor for two full years at this point and he has always received excellent care and attention. I am treated like family when I am there. The chef and his team are excellent. I have joined my husband for dinner many times and even when I am not able to stay for dinner I do give his dinner a taste test. Everything has always been top notch. I do visit with the others on my husband’s floor and those who are able to, agree that the meals are always good.

Regency Palms was just opening their Assisted Living Waiver Program, when we were fortunate enough to find them! Shortly after moving my cousin there from a raucous, dark nursing facility, she began to calm down physically and emotionally. The staff worked with her and communicated well with me. They were remarkably kind, helpful and eager to help me make it work for her. The rooms offer even a shared-room person some unexpected elements of privacy, and the facility is beautifully furnished, and clean. But truly, I was extremely impressed with the staff. Their commitment to quality care was palpable. I feel huge gratitude for their support.

My relatives moved here. It is very nice and very new. It's a historical building, but it's been renovated. They have different sizes and layouts for the rooms. On our first visit they actually had an event. It was in a tent out in the parking lot, and it was really nice. Everything was decorated very nicely. They served Italian food and it was very good. The staff is great. They've been very understanding and accommodating. On the rooftop they have gardening. Each section has a common room and that's where they go for their activities, like hobby crafting. They have some veterans there, and so once a week they have a meeting of the veterans, and they all sit around and tell stories.

We toured here, it is a very nice facility. It's a nice old historic building, and they've done a very nice job remodeling the entire interior of the building to a modern configuration. They have studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. Each floor has a different kind of care, and each floor has got a central social area that's nice with its own little cafe, a dining room, and a main kitchen. There was onsite nursing and it was a full-term facility. The person who gave the tour was very professional, very nice, and extremely informative. We've observed the people doing a social activity on one of the floors. there was a rooftop garden with a nice view and a library, and the lower level of the building had a gym that they can use for physical therapy. The people were mostly individualized. The person who gave the tour was really friendly and the tour was very good.
