My husband stayed in Evergreen. It was fine. It was a great place with very caring, careful people. They looked out after him. He ended up with a bed sore and needed care every day to get it well, so we had to move him to a skilled nursing and that's where he is now. His room was very small, but that was not a problem for him. It was a few feet feet larger than the bed. They had a dresser and a television. He had everything he needed, and it was clean and not at all cluttered. They got whatever kind of bed he needed and they were able to get it for him. It was good. He didn't talk much about the food. Of course, they didn't serve his favorite meals, but they did try to feed him in a healthy way and still try to find things that he liked. They had a deck across the back of the house and not much yard beyond the deck, but the deck was nice for a while. But we were not allowed to visit much after the first two weeks, but we'd go out on the deck with him and that was a good place to visit.
