We had an excellent tour experience at The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens. I think they had a good program in the memory care. The person that took me for the tour actually sat down with me after and we kind of discussed what are the options and what might work best. It was a very nice one-on-one discussion of my mother's care versus the overall care for everybody that was there. They have double rooms and some were single rooms. You have to furnish them, but they were very spacious with windows and bathrooms. They have a small kitchen in the dining area. There were tables all set up with a mixture of male and female. They have a garden area they can go out to, there's music, and other activities. Everybody looked very clean and in good spirits. I met the director and a few of the nursing staff, and they seemed very friendly. The facility was very clean. They were actually doing upgrades. They were putting in new carpet, painting, and some landscaping work in the outdoor garden area. So, that was a nice sign. They're doing well and they can maintain the facility.

I looked at The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens. I thought it needed some updating. They have assisted living on one side of the building, and the memory care on another part of the building. The assisted care was okay, I thought the room was a good size, and more like an apartment. The staff who accommodated me was very helpful, informative, and I got an overview of what they had to offer there. The dining room was fine.

My aunt is at The Watermark, and it's fine. When you walk into the room there are closets on the left, there's a little kitchen area with a little fridge, a sink, and there's a big room. The dining area is nice, but the food is not good. They have movies, they go shopping, they go out to lunch, and they play bocce ball. They are never staffed right. When she's really sick, they call my dad first instead of an ambulance.

Rosewood Gardens was OK and clean. The studio and one-bedroom apartments were really spacious and really cute and had a living room, bedroom, a sink, closet, and bathroom with a shower. I thought the rooms were awesome. They have a salon on-site, which I also thought was awesome. They took residents on outings and trips.

I did visit The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens but it was a little overpriced for the money that my friend had for his mother. I believe it is an excellent facility for my friend's mother. She couldn't stay put and would have to have a 24 hour person. Of all the facilities I went to, I believe it is the top. It is clean, and they have activities. It is newer than some of the ones I have been to. The friendliness and the cooperation looked fine.

They didn't have a room available at the time we needed it. Rosewood Gardens was very nice, open, and spacious. The staff seemed nice. They have lovely gardens of roses, and there were people out sitting in the sun around a lot of the roses.

My mom moved into Rosewood Gardens two months ago. She really liked it, and it’s close to me. The facility is very clean, modern, and very beautiful. Every Thursday they do a rosary, which I thought was really unique and nice. She really loves the steak burrito and lentil soup.

I have visited Rose Wood with the church because our Bible study sometimes goes in and we visit these people once a month. It seemed a decent place to stay and the staff seemed pretty nice.
