My mom has been living in Creekview for about 4 years now. The facility exceeded my expectations for an assisted living residence. The accomodations are very nice and very well maintained. The staff are great and very friendly. Everyone including the front desk and administrative staff, care takers, med techs, nurses and the hair stylist in the in-house salon are all very caring and attentive to my mom's needs and they feel more like family than staff. I would highly recommend Creekview to anyone looking for an assisted living facility where they can be assured that their loved one will be very well taken care of.

My wife was admitted to CV-SNF in 2020, at start of CoVid pandemic. Due to her severe medical/physical/mental conditions, she has been confined to wheelchair/bed; and requires total care. I have visited her every day for over three years, 9-10 hours a day. I have observed and discerned the conditions, operations, functionality of CV-SNF, as well as the fundamental skills and personable demeanor of their personnel. I have been happily impressed with the quality of healthcare services and amenities provided by CV-SNF. I highly recommend the Creekview Skill Nursing Facility. Their high-level quality of care is second to none. Their facility is well managed by professional administrators and licensed medical professionals. Patient care is provided by a cadre of proficient licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNA), and an efficient medical clerical staff. Care is provided every day, 24 hours a day. The CNAs are the backbone in this skilled nursing facility. They provide hands-on care to the residents and their environs: cleansing, hygiene, comfort, feeding, transport, medical vital measurements and constitution reporting; just to name a few. They perform their duties seemingly constantly. Their job is physically and emotionally demanding. I consider the CNAs at CVSN to be unsung heroes. They do a remarkable job!! There is a spacious dining room. A yummy variety of nutritional meals are served three times a day, 24-7, either in the dinning room or in the residents’ rooms. The dietary/kitchen staff deserves special kudos for their outstanding dedication, performance, and quality of service. They have never allowed a missed meal even when under-staffed or under duress from equipment failures. The facility, resident rooms, and grounds are well maintained by in-house environmental services personnel who provide routine cleaning, or maintenance, or immediate cleanups. Typically, the facility and grounds are orderly and well maintained in an immaculate condition and in good running order. The ES staff treats CV as if it was their own home. The dedicated Activities staff at CV is a treasure. They routinely provide daily recreational and creative activities, games, quizzes, and/or movies. Plus, they also provide weekly live entertainment, such as professional musicians, singers, dancers, et al. Refreshments and prepared snacks are typically available at these venues. Esthetically, Activities beautifully decorates Creekview on all holiday as well as quasi holidays. Moreover, Activities hosts special-event luncheons and BBQs that are complete with decorations and adornments for the residents; and, more often than not, with live music or bands. Some special events are held, weather permitting, in the large courtyard, which is nicely landscaped and adds to the overall ambiance. Lastly, I am thankful for Creekview.

My mother has adjusted well to her new room and the staff have been attentive and outstanding to all of her needs. Mom loves the food and the dinning room as well. As her son, I am too grateful to Amy and all her staff with helping navigate the family with the adjustment as well!

The staff is caring, responsive and professional. They are interested in the patients and address their needs. The living units are attractive and pristine. Any problem is addressed and corrected immediately. The patients are well cared for and look happy and nicely dressed.

Having just been at CreekView my second time & finding a huge amount of the same staff there from a year ago, was comforting in itself. They are the ONLY place I choose to go for rehab! Thank you for the wonderful, caring staff, including chefs, laundresses & housekeeping! Having been in 2 other places in the past, CreekView is the place to go! The physical therapists were awesome & so helpful! Thank you♥️♥️
