We are so thankful for the care and love shown to Marie. You were there in every way often going above the call of duty. We are forever indebted that Carmel Care Home could provide services beyond our capabilities, and that hospice was able to help with the transitions we were faced with. Although we will miss our loved one, it is with memory of your care, expertise, and kindness that stands out as we think of her. Thanks again and may your days be blessed due to the nature of your kind services.

After our mother passed away, my dad moved into Carmel Care in Hisperia. My siblings and I were so impressed with the care provided by Carol her husband They were absolutely amazing. His room was well kept the meals provided were exactly what he wanted. they socialized with him throughout the day, which is really important to him. We can't thank them enough for all they did for our dad before he passed away.

This is a great facility with excellent care givers. My Mom was there for almost a year and received a lot of personal attention. She was a picky eater but that didn’t stop them from trying different foods and drinks to find what she likes and make her favorite meals. I really can't express how grateful I am about the quality care she received it was so important for us. I will share that my mom passed while she lived at Carmel and the staff was incredible in helping me through a very hard time. My Aunt is also a resident there, and I will continue to visit her and see the staff. They're very Professional, Honest and Compassionate! They all went above and beyond for my Mom!! I Highly recommend Carmel Care Home! Angie L.

My brother lived here for 4 years. He had heart, memory and mobility problems. The care is very good and there no more than 2 to a room. The facility is spotless, food is very good and nutritious. The owners, Caroline and Romel, are attentive and pleasant to visitors and residents. I was never concerned about his well being. Residents are always clean, shaved and get their hair cut by Caroline. They make a big deal about birthdays too. There is no physical therapy or activities as those who reside here are generally unable to participate, as was my brothers case.

Carol took great care of my grandmother for almost a year and a half. Trying to find the right place for a loved one who needs this type of care is difficult and you have to make the right decision with your heart when you visit a few. I was right about her and Carmel Care Home. I am so glad my grandma spent the rest of her life with people who were loving and cared about her when our own family could not take care of her needs any longer. Do yourself a favor and visit here when you are in your search. You will not regret it.

This is the most loving and caring facility. My father in law is getting the best care. Carol is absolutely wonderful. She has a big loving heart. We are blessed and thankful for her. I highly recommend this home

My father in law was the first resident Caroline took in. He received excellent care and when the time came that we needed to place my mother in law, I was glad they could both be together. The house was always clean, my in laws, were always showered and dressed. Caroline and her family were always friendly and helpful. Caroline was always quick to call us if there was an issue we needed to be aware of. I would highly recommend this facility.

My grandmother is in Carmel Care Home. It's a home type situation. Her room is single living, and it's tidy and clean. We have no complaints. They take them to the store and to trips. The staff is fabulous. She enjoys the food. They have a recreation room, outside garden area, eating area, and a separate dining area. We love the service that she's receiving.
