Sierra Vista moved heaven and earth to make room for my Grandma at a very stressful time and on very short notice. They were beyond helpful , kind, compassionate and caring and I will be forever grateful. The staff went above and beyond to keep me informed at every turn, always willing to go the extra mile for everything. The rooms were bright and inviting and all areas of the facility were warm and welcoming.

I went to Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living. The staff was very helpful. She gave me a very nice tour. They had some detached two duplexes, which I thought would work out very well for my stepbrother, but I would not call it a good neighborhood at all. Right across the street was a mobile home park. There was a gentleman out on the road working on a ratty old motor home with music blaring, and I just did not feel that would be a neighborhood to put my stepbrother. The meals were provided there. They had laundry rooms, an exercise room, and a game room.

There's a possibility at Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living that if I need to get a place with my sister one day, that it could happen, and that was pretty interesting to me. The fact that it's an option, I appreciate that. The apartment was pretty nice. In fact, you could park right near it. It's a two-bedroom and it's pretty large. It has a large living room. However, there aren't particularly a lot of amenities compared to the other place. They have a smaller reading room and a TV room. The place is a little small compared to the other places. The upkeep seemed fine though. The staff showed me around even though I goofed up the time. They made sure someone could take me around and check it out. The staff members were pretty courteous.

I liked Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living because of the way it's set up. It's like a square where you can walk around and you don't have to go outside if you don't want to. They are a little less expensive, which was what we were looking for. The apartment was great. I love the furniture, but they said you could bring your own furniture and stuff, so that's nice. I love it. I went around with Maria and she was very nice and very informative. She also helped me with some other things. They just need a little bit more shady parking areas or covered parking for the cars, because it's out in the sun, in the desert area.

Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living was the ideal place for my mother. It's literally next door to the church she's attended for over 30 years. The facility was nice and well-maintained. Maria, the person we spoke to, was really lovely, patient, and thoughtful. She explained to us everything we needed to know. She explained the pricing in a way that made it very simple for us to understand. She showed us one of the private studios and it looked nice and clean. The bungalow in the back was really awesome. It had everything my mom was going to need, and plenty of space for her to be able to place her belongings in there that she would end up taking with her. The bathroom seemed to be in really great shape, plus it's absolutely set up for a handicapped person with all the bars in all the right places. The common areas seemed really well-maintained as well.

I toured Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living for my mother-in-law. They could do their own thing and they had caregivers lying around and working, and if they needed help, they were there to help them. It was very, very, very calming and very serene. Everything was laid out very nicely in a circle pattern type. They had plenty of little rooms like dens and sitting areas. They had tons of activities like chair sitting yoga and bingo. They would go out on certain days and would go out in the community. If they needed to go to the bank or Rite Aid or somewhere, they had outings to do that. They also had an outdoor sitting area if you wanted to go outside. It had little tables and was very nice. I was surprised. I kind of get the feeling that some of the employees were there just for working. They showed me a little studio apartment and a 1-bedroom apartment. They all had little refrigerators and microwaves in them. They also showed me a bedroom that had a full kitchen with a little stove and all that.

My mom has been a resident of Sierra Vista for several years and the staff is the one thing that really stands out. The staff is friendly, caring, helpful and conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent. No matter the task, they are always there to do it. This has really been evident with the day to day challenges that covid has presented, but as a family member, I know my mom's and all the residents well-being are a priority.

Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living was wonderful. I really loved the people and the place. I just really liked it a lot. I think it would suit my mom a lot. The rooms were absolutely perfect. They had exercise classes, they had people sitting around at tables working puzzles, and people were playing cards. It was an activity afternoon, they were doing different things. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Sierra Vista. That's the best place I've looked at, the staff is really nice, everybody that I met there was nice. I even met the maintenance man and they were all so nice.

It is very clean, and the employees have been very nice to my grandmother. They have taken great care of her. She has her own room, her own bathroom and closet, and she has a view of the outside. Some people have bigger rooms, some share a room, and some are small apartments with kitchenettes, but she does not have one. They have daily activities in the common room, they take trips to the grocery store and to go shopping, and every holiday they have family meals, music, and activities. The staff has been excellent, and she loves the food.

I visited here, and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were really nice, and the people were friendly. The people enjoyed each other's company, and it was nice. They have shared rooms and individual rooms, and they were all spacious. They play Bingo, and occasionally take them to a casino or to Walmart. They have a beauty salon, which is nice.

We visited them. They were nice, but the units were smaller than what they're looking for. The staff who assisted us was very nice, and the tour was nice. They had exercise rooms.

My mom is already here. What stood out was the cleanliness, and the staff was very wonderful and accommodating. The facility itself is very nicely decorated. It could be a home away from home for my mother. If I had to go, I would like to go there. They have numerous activities, and they have an activity director. They have Bingo every day at 2:30, and they also take residents off-campus to shopping at Walmart and other stores. The activities are very well-planned. One thing I really like is they have to come out of their rooms for meals, and they have to get dressed. My mom has always been in her nightgown and kind of depressed, and I have seen a big change in her in the social activities, so I am very impressed with them.
