Alta Gardens Care Center is described as an intimate and charming facility located conveniently in the heart of Garden Grove, directly across the street from Garden Grove Hospital. Alta is the place to be for post-acute care needs and the Express Recovery Unit (ERU) is dedicated just for that purpose. The ERU offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and programs, deliciously prepared meals, private flat screen televisions, enjoyable daily activities, happy, caring staff, and a host of other amenities. Alta also offers an alluring and peaceful garden with a water fall to provide a tranquil and Zen-like feel. It has a Vietnamese program that includes full Vietnamese Menu, activity program, Vietnamese bilingual staff, and special events.
